Jealous! I would have been drooling at Jared Padalecki's feet!

And to keep it on topic, I would TTC with him any day of the week and twice on sundays! Lol.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hear hear! But Matt Smith for me..obviously!

The main TTC thread have a 'secret' facebook group where they can chat outside of MSE. You need an invite from certain people on the thread before you can join. If anyone wants to put a face to a name (or username) send me a PM and I'll add you to the group.

Oh God, he smiled and winked at me at one point and I had to control the urge to run over and jump on him! :rotfl::rotfl:His bodyguards would've killed me I reckon! hahahaha

On the subject of TTC'ing, I walked into the hall about 5 minutes into his stage talk and he was answering a question about having kids! I cannot believe someone asked him that....in front of 800 people no less! Bless him, he was very good natured about it though and basically said, yeah, I want kids, but not until this show is over as I'd never get to see them otherwise.

    Altogether now.....Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. :D:p:rotfl:

Just to clarify, this is a group for those of us who are waiting to TTC, but I'm sure we'd welcome anyone who is TTC'ing also. :D

The other, pre-existing, group on FB is for those who are already TTC'ing.

Why do I keep adding 'ing onto the end of TTC? It doesn't make sense when I think about it. :rotfl:

Triangle - I *think* that the guys who run the Supernatural conventions are looking into doing one for Dr Who, as one of the main organisers is a huge fan himself! I've just asked him on FB, and will let you know what he says. If you're interested, this is his FB: http://www.facebook.com/#!/DougieInman

  • Just wanted to say hello to everyone on here.
Thought i'd join this board as wont be trying for a baby (TTC? what does that mean?) for a while yet.

Do any of you who are waiting to start trying started collecting bits and bobs for the new arrival in the future? i have started collecting freebies and joined loads of baby clubs but if im not going to start trying for a couple of years do you think its too early? silly question - do nappies have an expiry date? i have a few samples at home but dont know if its worth keeping them?
    Many thanks!

    Hi All,
I'm loving the tenuous (sp?) links to keep the subject to do with TTC!! making me lol! :rotfl:
Sorry FAM, I don't know about nappy expiry dates..I'm impressed with your organisation, unfortunately I've been bought up the silly supersticious way so won't bring anything "baby" into the house until it's happening..I even said no to some free maternity clothes this week from a friend of mine because it might be bad luck..! Totally rediculous, I know :o
My Tommys book about preparing for pregnancy arrived yesterday, it is great-so informative, thank you so much to whoever it was who gave the link..I can't remember who it was, sorry.
I only have 1 week of pills left, then that's it..start getting my body back into its natural rhythm. I'm actually quite scared, it makes the baby thing seem alot more real, and I've also been on the pill pretty much constantly for nearly half my life, so I'm not sure what it's going to be like not taking it!!
See you on the facebook page hopefully! x

Thank you lovely - will definately look into this :T Is it wrong that I am counting down the hours on such a gorgeous day so I can get my Matt Smith fix tonight?!

    Hi FAM

    TTC - trying to conceive

I'm considering collecting bits and bobs now too even though we won't be TTC until January - although had to stop myself buying a gorgeous pram/pushchair a couple of weeks ago at a carboot - though that ould be ever so slightly premature! :o

I know excatly what you mean! Implant taken out in January after 3 years, and 8 years of being on the pill before that...it certainly is scary! But I really enjoying getting my body 'back to normal' if you see what I mean.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend
