Thanks but my sister has no passport or driving licence.
    God just my sisters luck.
Thanks we need all the help we can get.
She could just try sending a few other forms of ID like council tax bill, utility bill & bank statment and also put in a covering letter saying she doesn't have a cheque book, passport or driving licence.

Well I got my welcome pack to day and also my 3 PIN numbers. What worries me now is the welcome pack says I should receive my card shortley (Doesn't say which one) and that my PINs will follow, however I have my PINs already, did anyone else get this or should I worry that my card has gone astray?
Also does the card come normal post or do I have to sign as there is no one in when the postie comes to my house.
Thanks again to everyone who gaev me help and advice.

You only need the online one the first time you use it. After you're registered for online banking it asks for your username/password when you log on in future- you choose those yourself. :D

Oooh even better, thanks for all your help :)

My income box said I was on £270,00,000 per annum. (I wish) so I changed it to what it should be.
Anyway got my debit card today it's a 2 in 1 but when I called to activate it I ordered a cheque book and the nice lady said depending on account conduct I could be considered for a 3 in 1 card and an overdraft after 3 months.......Watch this space.:T

    Hi,
I have just had a look on the Citibank Website, and the account that i thought i applied for, doesnt seem to be on there? I thought i applied For the "Sterling Current account" but there now seems to be a "basic" account on there - called the "citibank access account" - is this the account that i am going to get? has it changed? and what card comes with this account, i cant seem to find anything about it?!?

Sorry if that doesnt make sense, or if i have misunderstood anything!

    Havent seen it mentioned yet ;

Also, where is the savings account gone to?

(Perhaps too many cashback claims going through?)

I wonder if the changes are as a result of the increased applications they have probably had ... ;)

The Citibank Plus account has some good benefits ... but I don't know if I want to be paying £10 every month ...

    Yeah :(

What are people going to do? I've got an appointment with a personal banker at one of the branches in London next weekend (don't want to send off documentation, as we're currently applying for a mortgage and need to keep stuff!)

Feeling a bit  about it all....... :(
