Hi again, thought that you must all be dying for an update lol

Anyway, i have a question. Today i got my letter (Processing my application within 15 working days etc etc)

And got my bill back that i sent to them - has anyone once getting to this stage been asked for more id or anything?

Would love to know - am still living in hope!

I received that letter on the 27th Jan and received my Welcome Pack today, 1st Feb .... so only 4 working days.

I only sent a Council Tax bill and BT Phone bill ... so if you've sent more then that .. you should be fine ...

Just received my welcome pack, so cards and pins should be following.
Did not opt for an Overdraft.

Now have to start the process of transferring DD's / SO's to the new bank and inform Payroll at work.

Very impressed with Citi so far, glad to be doing this so I can claim my charges back from Natwest.

You can't send a cheque on behalf of your sister as they use the cheque as some form of Id, Just tell your sister to send additional id such as a copy of driving licence or passport

Thanks to everyone for all the useful information about Citibank.I am a discharged bankrupt (Sept 2006) and have a Nationwide account with a cashcard.Desperatly need a debit card to be able to shop online etc, and also for those occasions when the cash machine is not working and you need to buy food, petrol etc.I have received and completed the app form and returned it together with numerous pieces of ID on 31st Jan.So heres hoping I get accepted and get sent a welcome pack, fingers crossed everyone.
