Sorry, I can't help as I have made the move away from iCard mobile and managed to get 2 Sims for Talkmobile on their Essentials PAYG rates. Between the 2 Sims (my wife and I) the rate is 4p/minute voice and 2p per SMS which is acceptable. Icard hiking SMS from 5p to 10p is poor. I did like the icard to icard free calls but they have gone also.

Why are you charging users for services that you advertise as free?

sorry but im not with icardmobile

i just posted a message I got from them

it could have been worse - you could have lost all your credit & also your phone number

I will be moving away from them when I have used all my credit to protect my phone number

Sorry about that. Fair enough. How did you contact them to ask about this?
