Sorry, I can't help as I have made the move away from iCard mobile and managed to get 2 Sims for Talkmobile on their Essentials PAYG rates. Between the 2 Sims (my wife and I) the rate is 4p/minute voice and 2p per SMS which is acceptable. Icard hiking SMS from 5p to 10p is poor. I did like the icard to icard free calls but they have gone also.0

The iCard mobile service has been purchased from the Administrator by our company ET Telecom Limited, (on June 26th) and we have honoured all credits on customer's accounts.

it could have been worse - you could have lost all your credit & also your phone number
I will be moving away from them when I have used all my credit to protect my phone number0 -
