I've been using icard mobile for the past month, got mine from digicallingcards. They sent the sim for free and provide the topup vouchers online.

You can also top up at any place that has paypoint.

I have been with them for 4 months and have had no problems at all...cust service not the best as i think the call centre is in India...but when i wanted to move my number across i just emailed them and they did it no problems.....i think the service runs off vodaphone....i have noticed that i am paying about 70% less since i have moved over.

Yeah it's on Vodafone. Who were you with before? And you're getting the low costs with no hidden charges?

Anyone else have personal experiences or have found reviews? They seem a really good deal.

Before them i was with lebara who also run off voda i think...the reason i was with them is i phone Canada and America and lebara were cheap....but when i phoned UK landlines and mobiles the cost shot up, so i was taking the lebara sim out and putting an 02 sim in for the UK calls....now this sim can stay in all the time as i think they are one of the cheapest all round.

I'm also with icard mobile and have found them superb...

Great coverage using the Vodafone network, very cheap UK and International Calls with the same sim card.

Simple basic service for making calls and texts - nothing fancy! Does what it says on the tin.

    I would definately recommend them!
  • migrated from asda mobile to icard mobile without a hitch last week everything is fine except for the icard mobile voicemail service....
an incoming call goes to the voicemail message with barely enough time to hear and pick up the phone,so i've ended up missing a pile of calls and had to call all these people back after going thru the listening to the voicemails instead of simply being able to answer the call in the first place.i count 14 seconds from when my phone rings till it cuts out and voicemail kicks in.anyway i called their customer service team and they switched off the voicemail service for me,but now the phone just cuts off after the same time and says i'm unavailable try later.i've called and emailed and tried to get a little more ringing time but seems that nothing can be done.very clever ploy of icard mobile to reverse the charges in this way .. cheap calls or no cheap calls.

You can change it yourself, Question 24 FAQ

You can set your ring time to 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds.
    1. Dial **61*265*11* into your phone as if you're making a call.
    2. Enter a time between 5 and 30 (the number of seconds in multiples of 5)
    3. Press # and then the call button. Do not put the phone to your ear - just look at the display until you see a message confirming your ring time has been set. For example, **61*265*11*25# followed by the call button would set your ring time to 25 seconds.
  • Anyone know how to turn the voicemail off, as i have just put a sim card in for my mum...and she wont do voicemail at 75....
