Buyer leaving low stars

"How can you let the buyer know"
The answer is don't.
Instead of harressing genuine buyers who leave fair feedback, just improve your listings, and the items you sell.0 -
you blocked a bidder cos they gave you low stars for something you admit they were in the right "their reasons for not being happy are 100% genuine"
i never said they were right, but that they were genuine in so far as the item did not meet their requirements, and they believed they would although it was because of their assumptions, not the information in the listing. There was nothing to say it would or it would not, as their specific requirement did not apply to many buyers.
sneaking around to check whose left deserved low stars, making up false identities to contact them , then coming on here hoping people will be able to help you find some scam of removing those justified low stars.
I don't know what thread you were reading, but it was not this one. False identities? Scam to remove low stars?
You must have definitely been dreaming as this has nothing to do with what i was writing, i did not make up false identities, but contacted the buyer to find out what the problem was, so that i could change the listing if there was a mistake (which there wasn't).
You obviously don't understand how stars work, as there is no way of getting them removed (scam or genuine) except by ebay themselves under exceptional circumstances, apparently.
So now not only i am a bad seller, but a scammer too. All based on things i never said, and a clear misunderstanding on how stars work.....
contacting the buyer was exactly to find out what the problem was, as i cannot read minds and there was absolutely no indication of what the problem is.most replies were to your question.

Feedback was fair, never said that (again people not reading what i actually wrote) the problem was with the stars which were not fair, as it was not based on the information on the listing.
I do regularly contact buyers for various reasons, and they always thank me for showing a commitment to good service. And more importantly they come back, a big chunk of my sales are repeated business.
I'm certainly not going to change my practice.
I really can't see what the problem is, except that people don't read what i write properly and jump to the wrong conclusions...
PS I'm not going to waste any more time to respond to people who did not even bother reading what I wrote, or make statements about things they don't know about.

I think you should not be allowed to leave poor feedback/dsrs until you have contacted the seller then a lot of things could be worked out before getting nasty:o0

I think we have all read it, you just don't like the responses.
Let us know if you further harress the buyer.
(If you keep blocking buyers who don't praise you, repeated business will suffer though)0
