Buyer leaving low stars
Comments

I agree that if the buyer was unhappy, especially as you say they were 100% correct in their grievance, that it is dead right you only got low stars on the transaction. You can't do a crap job then expect 5 stars even if you refund them and they're otherwise happy as you made the !!!! up in the first place.0

Can you see each individual buyers stars? I usually leave 1's if somethings a a day or so late.0

You leave a 1 for something being a day late? Do you check whether the fault is RM.
Would you mind posting your ebay id please, so that we can all ban you from bidding on any of our items.0 -

Good grief, I may have to go and have a lie down, please tell me you are joking.
Yes it is posisble in many cases for sellers to work out which buyers left low stars and on two occasions when someone has doen ti to me I consider them malicious and block them as a bidder on all my Ids.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Always someone elses fault , typical.
Err, where have I said that it is RM's fault. If you read what I said, I asked if you checked that it isn't the fault of RM.
Some things are taking several days longer than anticipated to reach the buyer, so hardly the sellers fault.
I'm only a personal seller but still the *'s are important I state 3 day dispatch on my listings but generally post on the day of payment or the following day.
Some plonker gave me a low * last year for dispatch time & yes I could work out who it was as I only had 1 lot of FB that week. It was actually a collection item that I offered to deliver as I was going within a few miles & due to the buyer faffing around it took a few days to sort out.
I've now stopped her from bidding on my items again.
For business sellers you could be responsible for them losing their accounts, which is fine if they are pretty useless at what they do, the way you wrote though makes it sound as though you don't give a damn, just as long as they can't work out that you were responsible.
Again please post your ebay id, as I'm sure that a lot of us would like to block you from bidding on our items.
Or before you buy anything else, try selling for a few months.0 -

Do you sell on ebay?. Items arriving "a day or so late" do not deserve a one star rating.0 -

I actually forgot to answer that question.
You can't see each individual buyers stars, however it is often possible to work out who is obviously TSFE & block them from bidding on anything again.
You say that you leave 1's so do you hit all their stars or did you mean a singular 1?0 -
Post my ebay Id on an open forum
Do us a favour post yours and I'll promise not to buy any of your tat 0
