I think if it's on display no matter the date for expiry trading standards would see it as false advertising so it would still qualify for the offer.

If you were old or had poor eyesight you might not read the small expiry date so yeah you should get it

many of us used poster advertisment to get our xbox 360 R&Rs it showed the game of the week and mentioned a link save

I have just picked up 24 Budwisier Bottles, SEL said £5.00 off so should be £9.9x and went through at £14.9x.

Purely by chance I bought the XBOX 360 version of Gears of War not thinking about an R&R. The SEL was £37.9x and went through at £39.9x.

Both in the last 30 minutes at same store.

Not just me its happened to either!

Can they really ban u after 1 or 2 R&Rs? I could understand if its everyday/week, but i like shopping @ Tesco &dnt want2 get banned!

I have a DVD without reciept which I would like to exchange for toys is this allowed or would I have to exchange for another DVD?

Surely we can say that a misprice has been corrected on the main thread to save others trying it. Ohterwise it will get lost on here!!

Yea - first R&R on futurama Season 4 DVD box set - labelled 19.xx scanned 22.xx (As SEL)! There were lots of DVD's mispriced mostly box sets, there was a SEL 39.xx west wing and sapranos both stickered 37.xx. I was spoilt for choice as it was my first time * my local tescos I didnt want to draw attention.

CS staff wispered and then one stood in front of the 'Price promise' sign as she seen me reading it. Then tried to fob me off with the difference. Pointed to the sign and asked if I was entitled to a full refund, she said 'What sign?' and went over and read it. I put my earphones back in so no chance of an argument. Full R+R

Also she gave me cash and I paid via debit card - thought that wasnt allowed?

Anyhow sweet!!!!

You can say when an offer has finished. Just no discussion, like if you didn't manage to get a previously posted misprice etc.
