I would still like to hear TE's opinion of what happened to BigJohnnyB. Surely you cannot condone this behavour. I understand you disdain for deliberate r&r-ers as you believe they are abusing the system but this policy is to protect customers and treating them as badly as BigJohnnyB's partner was is not accebtable.
Im not aware of what happened in that case - Where can i read about it?Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

TE, from time to time I too use information from here to the advantage of the store that i am in however i try not to patronise or belittle the people on here that supply the information that you and i use.
People dont get tetchy at the fact that you use the information, its the way that you convey your message that gets peoples backs up. When you genuinely help people will thank you for it but equally when you are less than helpful expect to be criticised.Fight Poverty - Hit a tramp!

It is on page 103.0 -
Hi, I have been reading the post and am now itching to get my first r&r. I was wondering if there is a post anywhere explaining the "rules" of this. For example, if there is an offer price that has expired but is still displayed, are you still entitled to a r&r if charged at the higher price, even though the expiry date has passed? Also how do you find out about all these misprices and how do you remember what the SEL says when you get to the checkout if you have a number of items.
Thanks0 -

Yes indeed - I'd also appreciate a few less tetchy remarks by people calling me a fool, boring etc, - I do not make personal attacks to people on here nor do i expect them backStand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

Been skulking in the shadows for a while and never managed an R&R personally but still on the look out thanks to all the tips here.
Sorry but I feel compelled to comment on TE's notes about e-mailing to remove the potential R&R's listed here. Are we seriously supposed to believe that a multi billion pound plc monitors an internet chat room to sort out it's pricing screw ups??
Oh and while you're sending your e-mails TE would you mind sending one to the people who adminster the home shopping site and see if they can stop it falling over every 10 minutes and another round of "sorry we've lost your order you'll have to do it again" reminds me of Little Britain "COMPUTER SAYS NO!!!!"0 -
Yes Tesco do check these forums, so DO NOT post where you are from, or where you got the R&R.
Also Tesco have been seen to run around (and no not like Mike Read) with lists from this site to check their SEL's.
