    Can't remember to colour, sorry.

My name is Kevin (Kev) Kelly, and I have seen my name (well hopefully not mine but someone with the same one) on here tonight, but have not managed to sus out who he is. I have spent the last hour or so reading the posts.

Ok then......KK is the guy who was appointed to handle the extremely large and damaging XBox, PS2, PSP fiasco of August/September......where The £20 off didnt kick in on the advertised bundle, and it was estimated Tescos lost around £750k.

On appointment KK seemed a very nice man, as was his partner JL....I had dealings with them personally on 4 occassions(after being refused immediate RandR by instore managers)..being successful wwith KK on 3 of them.

The fourth wasnt successful, because the questions, and information digging got a bit deeper, and I decided to give up my fourth console, rather than let them know my true identity.

Later, KK used information to ban people from stores, steal legitimately earned points from peoples clubcards, and carry out other non related RandR penalties.

He once had respect for his initial handling of the fiasco, but quickly lost it through his underhand tactiics.........

    Hence the now KK battering.

    Hope this helps KK.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

Half of the people can be part right all of the time, Some of the people can be all right part of the time.
But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
"I'll let you be in my dreams if I can be in yours, "I said that............................ Bob Dylan 1963

    peanuts then
  • Question re DVD's ...

Bought 3 dvd's earlier ... in the two for £12 bit .... but I saw one with 3 for £18 on so thought that as a good deal ..... ;)

Goes through till and of course the dioscount kicked in for two but not the third ...

Goes to CS and points this out, saying that it clearly says this is 3 for £18 ...

CS doesnt agree, Manager comes and she doesnt either ... tells me that "the 3 for £18 dvd is a different offer" ..

I said, oh well, I dunno, well, it says 3 for £18, there's 3 dvd's there ... so can't I have a refund, I've just read your board whilst waiting 10 minutes for you etc ....

Nah, she says... "The other two must be sticked the same for you to get that offer ....??" (they had almost identical 2 for £12 stickers on - and the one I with the 3 for £18 sticker on was on the shelf with all the other ones of it being stickered for 2 for £12 etc)

I am right here, am I not, this IS a clear R&R ...?

I'm that tired I'm even beginning to doubt myself! LOL
  • Hi i was shopping in Tescos and had noticed that some items had the barcode on their SEL 's highlighted in either blue or green (can't remember). it was mainly the toy section i noticed and some gifts too.
Can anyone enlighten me on this? are they to be reduced at some point? in which case there is one item i'd grab quickly my little boy would be very chuffed indeed.
    many thanks

I think blue barcodes are EPW (emergency product withdrawel)
but if you ask the question on the tesco misprice discussion area you will definitely get the correct answer :D

the sel label is the label on the shelf that you expect to pay at the checkout
sometimes you are overcharged and if you are overcharged then tescos will refund that amount and you get to keep the product that yuo were overcharged on

Thanks - what do the colours mean?
