Notice the figures in the first post ....
I'm sure these people are just following the manual.
I now realise that while we have been joyfull in geting our refunds we are actually stiched up once again by MR T.
We are obviously supposed to be getting the extra refund!!!
You realise this means the Postman may have been diddled out of around £2K cash!!
That post is by a moderator as well, someone who you would expect to be clued up on things Tesco.
Anyone know what the policy is on staff mistakes? they don't have it taken out of their wages do they?0 -
At my Tesco today there were lots of books stickered at 9.96 but scanning at 9.97 I think they would argue a penny does not matter so i did not get any -do they try to say well it is only a penny?0

Does Head Office ever send refunds directly to your home? Or do you always have to go to the store to get your refund?poppy100

They may try, they try every possible trick to wriggle out of giving you your R&R.
I find the "it's only a penny, but don't you advertise every little helps ?" response works for me0 -

my thoughts exactly take them back, i just wish i could get a few r nd rs i have had 1 so far but hey its christmas i can wait if i could get what everyone gets like posty, leadhead and the rest i certainly would and wouldn't think twice there is no need to feel guilty, they shouldn't have put the policy there in the first place if they will argue about it and dishonour it, if the cs don't like it then STOP working for them, they are happy to stand in front of the big blue board so the least they should do is abide by it.
sorry for the moan but well done to all who has got 1!!!!!0
