  • Had weigh-in this morning & lost 1.5lbs. Which I was surprised about.

Considering the garbage I've been eating. Sat night I had a pizza, some Ben & Jerrys ice-cream and couple glasses white wine.

Then one night last week, once I finished work, got home, got changed, sorted the food out for the cat. I really couldn't be bothered cooking anything, so all I had was quite a few of the milky way fun size chocolate bars.

    Me again
Has anyone heard of the 7 day something (my friend couldn't remember the right name!)?
For 7 days you have 7 portions of superfree and 7 syns each day, apparently it's good for speeding things up a bit. You can do it over 5 days too, but obv with only 5 syns etc per day.

Might give it a go.... anyone want to join me?

Evening all! Well would you believe it.....after the wedding and all inclusive honeymoon I've only gone and LOST 1.5lbs!!!! That takes me down to 2lbs below target!!! Food poisoning does have its benefits after all!!! Atleast that makes up for the fact I had 2 pieces of wedding cake today!!!

Well done losers :T hugs for those in need :grouphug: [very dodgy hug that].
My sleep pattern has been hit and miss recently, I am sooo tired that I want to sleep as soon as I get home from work. I don't usually have trouble nodding off [when hubby stops coughing that is] but I wake up between 5 and half past every morning even at the weekends soooo annoying.
Am also always in the loo during the day and to be honest I hardly drink. Today I had a coffee this morning and nothing until this evening when I had a small diet cola to take painkillers with. I can only think its all the fruit as its so juicy. I know I must drink more but I would never come out of the bathroom if I do :rotfl:.

    Food today has been:
    B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
L - mugshot, couscous fritta, toms, pineapple, melon, satsuma, activia, breakaway [5]
T - 2x jacket spuds, cheese [a] spaggy hoops/beans [2 part cans so mixed them], roasted toms & onions, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - pineapple, melon, 2x apples, onken, breakaway [5]
    Syns - 11

WTG Woot & good luck with the wedding. Hope you have a fantastic day, you & mrs woot [to be] will look wonderful. Well done :T:T:T:T
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well it was my birthday and although I wasn't below that 'magic stone' on my scales this morning I felt slimmer than yesterday and lighter than I've been for yonks, so I'm happy with that. DH and I went shopping and given how many inches I've already lost I bought a pair of 14 trousers that I can almost sit down in, in the sales. I was reluctant to get clothes but found a lovely top/dress in the sales too - another 14. Yippee!!! We went for lunch and although I'm sure it was heaps of sins I definitely made the healthy choices from the menu - then I treated myself to a bag of chocolates on the way home, which was probably a week's worth of syns!

I've got W/I tomorrow and with all I'[ve eaten today, not to mention having maxed out on syns every day again, I'm sure I'll have gained. But I'm in better shape than this time last week, so I'm feeling OK about that. Oh - and did I mention I bought size 14s today?! Hoo-flippin-rah!
