went out for a 40 minute walk which made me feel really good. As I was marching along the path I noticed that something had been spray painted on the tarmac. On closer inspection, it said 'fat lane' in large letters with an arrow pointing in the direction I was walking. Well, at least I knew I was in the right place!!!

I seem to be eating loads at the moment. It's all free or superfree but it does worry me a bit. WI tomorrow and hoping for a loss. I'd like 1.5lbs to take me into my last stone bracket. Fingers crossed for me and other Thursday weighers.:)0 -

Well, I'm gob smacked - no wonder my butt's the size of Texas (butt not for long *grin*)
considering I didn't have that many syns today I'm going to treat myself to the breakfast and make sure Friday to Sunday are relatively syn free.
Thanks also for the dessert ideas - good thing we had the asparagus for starters, I was stuffed after dinner and didn't need a dessert - and neither did my guests (they did however have seconds of my sausage caserole)
Will definitely be keeping those recipes for future use - sounds yummy

My sleep pattern has been hit and miss recently, I am sooo tired that I want to sleep as soon as I get home from work. I don't usually have trouble nodding off [when hubby stops coughing that is] but I wake up between 5 and half past every morning even at the weekends soooo annoying.
Am also always in the loo during the day and to be honest I hardly drink. Today I had a coffee this morning and nothing until this evening when I had a small diet cola to take painkillers with. I can only think its all the fruit as its so juicy. I know I must drink more but I would never come out of the bathroom if I do :rotfl:.
Food today has been:
B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
L - mugshot, couscous fritta, toms, pineapple, melon, satsuma, activia, breakaway [5]
T - 2x jacket spuds, cheese [a] spaggy hoops/beans [2 part cans so mixed them], roasted toms & onions, bbq sauce [1]
Snacks - pineapple, melon, 2x apples, onken, breakaway [5]
Syns - 11

I reckon, even if you up your liquid content, you will hardly notice the difference as your body will totally regulate the amount of liquid passing through you! I think I drink lots and lots of water, and don't feel like i need to actively go to the loo every half hour!
I went for a posh lunch at the hilton hotel tonighthad chicken wrapped in bacon with crushed new potatoes and a side salad, but also had an ice cream desert with lots of sauce on. According to the wii fit I weigh the same as last week so hopefully not gone mad weight wise seeing as I've not been wholeheartedly following SW
I will try next week though (even if i feel like i have been saying this all week)

MORNING - Well I've been up since 4.15. Went to bed at 12 ish, went to the loo at 3 ish and lay there trying to get back to sleep for over an hour! I am thinking I will have to try Nytol again. I was taking 1/2 a tablet each night for ages and then got a bit worried when everyone kept saying I would get hooked on them. Each time I got more there was an inquest as to had I had them before, did I know they could become addictive?

Following the current theme im bloody shattered - LO has had me up at 5.30 everyday this week! find it harder to stick to plan come the evening when im so tired. Well done to all the losers, WI tonight so fingers crossed.

Morning all, I'm rather sleepy too!! Can't blame any little ones though, just life in general I think!! Plus I start work at 7am and have a 40min drive to get here so I have early starts!!
Well done Woot, good luck for your wedding, I know everyone says it but try to take time to enjoy it, it really does go sooooo fast! When I reached the bottom of the aisle I suddenly realised I'd taken no notice whatsoever of the music so they could have been playing anything!!!

Lunch - mushroom and broccoli sw quiche, small jacket potato, beans, yogurt
Tea - salmon (HEB), salad, new potatoes, grated cheese (HEA), salad cream (2), fruit for pudding0 -
morning...although it wasn't long ago that I said ni'nite
I'm definitely up for the 7 day thingie as soon as we know what it is - sounds like a plan!
so yes...I went for the evil McD breakfast with a whopping 24.5 syns!! No more syns today and only 5 tomorrow...eeep :eek:
B - McD yummy breakfast from syn-hell [24.5syn]
L - salad, tuna, apple, muller light
D - dry stirfried veg and rice noodles with garlic, white wine vinegar, soy sauce and tamarind.
HEA - 2 Alpin lights (snacks)
HEB - skimmed milk for teas/coffees
Snacks - apples and peaches
I think that's me done - now to find a quiet corner in the office and nap (these girlie sleep-over nights NEVER end early...us girls know how to natter!!)
