*Yawns* :hello:Another sleepy (less) one here, I never sleep particularly well but last night was kept awake by one of my cats, poor little thing has cystitis (I think) and was in and out of the litter tray all night - she HAS to dig for England every time she goes in the tray and scatter its contents all over the floor :doh:So I'm tired and very achey from yesterdays decorating marathon!

I had a visit from the munchymonster last night  I'd had my HEB supper, glass of wine and a bag of synned crisps then OH made toast for supper and I had 2 slices slathered in butter :o
I'll try and make up for it today.......

    B: Polenta, eggs, ketchup (1)
    S: yoghurt, banana
L: Salad, fruity pasta salad (1.5 for mayo)
    S: Mango, peach, blueberries
D: Depends if OH is at the allotment, if he is I will have quorn sausage, SW chips and beans but if he's home we are having asparagus risotto (3)

Dancing again tonight  so cheese on toast for supper (HEB, HEA)

Wootball - well done and good luck for the nuptials ;):T:T:T:T

Well done to all the other losers :T:T:T

Anyone know when the new magazine is in the shops??????

Its just cost my sister £170 at the vets for her cat with the same thing, they have attributed it to a dry food diet apparently, as she isnt getting enough liquid into her so thats caused it, she also had crystals in her urine, so has to have a special diet now which is £17 a bag, and she loves it, eats the lot in one sitting lol!

Hi all. Will catch up properly with the thread tonight but have a favour to ask now. I'm working on a different site today so can't access online SW, but have oppotunity to get lots of free fruit from M&S on way home. Free as in £zero as well as zero syns!!

So could someone advise what the best to get it. Consultant mentioned something about strawberries being good as lower in sugar? Are they a super-speed food? What other fruits are? I like everything really, particularly pineapple, streawberries, all berries really, mango etc.

Thanks, seems sensible to make the most of the freebies but choose wisely :-)

Strawberries and melon (except watermelon) are superspeed and so are yellow plums. I also think other berries maybe superspeed but I only know the ones I eat!

    morning all :)

Not read all of todays posts yet - but i will at some point in the next hr or so.

well, this SW business is a roller coaster for me ATM... dunno whats got into me :)

Spoke to my mums consultant yesterday (mines rubbish) and i am going to start her group the week after next :)

She was really understanding when i said i told her about my rant on here on Tuesday lol. Shes advised to have a mix up (as advised on here) so i am going to try a syn free day then a 25 syn day for 10 days and see how i go...prob too late to show a loss doing this for mondays WI but i imagine it should do the week after

I am also gonna do some red/green days but dont want to until i have seen if alternating the syns works - if i loose whilst doing both i wont know whats worked will i ? lol

On a massive positive note i was looking for something to wear for the weekend and stumbled into my 'thin -ish' wardrobe (pre ds2 and dd) to find a pair of shoes ( i even have thin and fat shoes - my shoe sizes goes between a 5 and a 6.5 depending on what i weigh... how on earth does that happen??~) and found a wonderful dress i always loved.. i havent worn it for 4 years but thought i would try it on, and although it doesnt quite fit yet i bet give it 3 or 4 weeks and it will :) whoo.. so i decided to try a few more things on and hey presto i now fit in to a lot of it!! and i am not far off (1/2 an inch, maybe an inch?) fitting into almost EVERYTHING - well, everything i tried on lol

I am soo happy! Bizzarely enough i was over a stone lighter back then than i am now, so must be my body shape changing too :)

So, i guess (apart from gloating rather loudly and unashamedly lol) that the weight doesnt matter does it? Its how you feel and how healthy you are :)

Hope we are all very positive today :)
