Maman are you using the bacon as your extra B?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I give the most restless (old and missing his late brother) cat a squirt of Rescue Remedy Night and have a dose myself before bed. It seems to work for both of us ... if I have to get up for the loo I try not to open my eyes, and then go right back to sleep when I crawl back into bed!

So often I find I could have written your posts - you sound so much like me :rotfl::rotfl:

So my version of this 7 day thing is...
    • 1 A choice
    • 1 B choice
    • 7 x 500 ml of water (probably NAS squash for me, can't stand water)
    • 7 x speed foods
    • 7 extra mins of exercise
    • 7 syns
    • Usual green day free food (I'm a veggie)
    Will start tomorrow! Honest!:p
I have been through the book and was surprised to see how many thuings I actually like are speed foods - lots of F&V that are edible to me and quorn!

I think I'll do something like this tomorrow (apologies for the wofffle, it helps me get things straight in my mind :o)....
    • Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
    • Mid morning - satsuma (S)
    • Lunch - chickpea curry and brown rice (1 syn) (contains tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper and onion (4x S)), mixed berries (S)
    • Tea - beans (S), small jacket and cheese (A choice)
That's 7 speed foods, 1 A and B and 1 syn leaving up to 6 syns for something in the evening if I need it. It doesn't look too bad if you write it all down.
I have to find 7 mins extra exercise - will walk the dog the long way round his route I think.

All that remains is 7x 500 ml of water  - looking forward to flushing out all of the calories and fat tomorrow! Think I'll take a bottle of squash to work instead of 1 of the 2 cans of diet pepsi I usually take (can't give them both up) and have something to drink before I leave in the morning (normally wait until work) and then just perservere with the rest through the day and evening.

Wait for the news tomorrow when they announce a hose pipe ban due to increased use of water in the North West!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Anybody else having a go?

looks like a good plan hun. Totally agree about the water tho. I double checked and it deffo says 7 x 500mls which is A LOT i can normally drink 2ltrs but think i'll struggle with that amount. I'll never be off the loo. All i'm thinking is that'll be my extra 7mins of exercise with all the running up n down to the loo :rotfl:. I'll be starting it when i get back from my hols :D

For green you will need to either syn the bacon or have it as HEb and the same goes for the philly, its either a HEb [not HEa] or synned. HTHS
