    :j Yeah I got my 1st shiney :j

    Half a stone gone :T

Unbelievably with the amount of alcohol I consumed at the end of last week and on Tuesday, I still lost 3lb :D (but that was for 2 weeks)

Went to see the stop smoking nurse earlier and they are sorting me out another prescription for Champix which I should be able to pick up at the weekend. I asked them about my stomach because it looks odd. As in I've only put on weight on my tummy, the rest of me is tiny, and I have looked 6 months pregnant for about the last 6 months (and no I'm not by the way :p). Anyway when I lie down I have this funny ridge all down my front. She's made me an appointment with my doctor achicken slicess she thinks I may have a hernia  left from when I had my gall bladder out 6 years ago.

Food wise, not toooo bad today:

    B: 2 satsumas, 2 alpen lights (HEB)
    S: satsuma
L: batchelors chicken rice, turkey tikka chunks, tomato pachidas (2?), salad leaves, watercress, tomatoes, sweetcorn, celery
S: slice of DHs pizza (5?),
At class: samosa (1), rum & chocolate shot (1)
D: jacket potato, beans, cheese, salad as above, beetroot

I'm now stuffed and for the 1st time in weeks couldn't finish my dinner tonight. Maybe I've eaten a bit too much today :rotfl:
LBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x

    2013 Savings £250
    2013 OP £3500

Oops - after losing 6lbs in my first two weeks I gained one this week. But I've been for two meals out this week (my birthday and a special treat for one son) and ate the least synful main course and pud both times, I've lost inches and inches and I'm OK with it all. I think it's caught up with me this evening though -I'm feeling very bloated. I think tomorrow will be a 'baggy top' day. But considering it was WI today I've been very sensible since, and I'm on a mission to ose at least two pounds this week, so lots of superfree and meal planning. Wish me luck!

I bought some of the minty choc cereal bars from WI today. Delicious and potentially a little too moreish - hard to believe we can eat them syn free! Just as well I only bought the one pack.

    Hi Maman
You need to syn your bacon, it's not free on Green

Maman are you using the bacon as your extra B?

For green you will need to either syn the bacon or have it as HEb and the same goes for the philly, its either a HEb [not HEa] or synned. HTHS

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'm so hopeless when I stray from EE:o

So, I could have had any two from bacon, cereal and Philly but not all three (for free). Another time I'll skip the bacon but DH loves that meal so it was a treat for him. I'm synning the bacon as it was only a 33g rasher before I cut the fat off. Definitely back to EE tomorrow.

I've now got just 3.5lbs to go for my 3st shiny and 6lbs to target. I have the feeling I'll be hovering round that 3st mark many times in coming weeks as I've only 3 WIs before my holiday.

    Morning all,

well 1/2 lost last night, little disappointed as really wanted another pound to get me under my next stone bracket! I know its still a loss, but it can be annoying as ive been pretty good all week (not over syns etc). 15lbs lost in 6 weeks is what i need to remind myself!

So will try the 7 day thing and to help with the water drinking, just think of it as 8 pints! Somehow it feels easier to digest in pints!

Have a good day everyone xx

Hi Scotrae, I take it you mean the Hifi bars? They're not syn free, they are either 1 bar for a HEB or 6 syns.

I'm feeling a bit bloated, I think i could do with some dynorod soup!!! I did go to the market yesterday though and we're now well stocked up with fruit and salad so a load of that should do the trick!!!

    I'm doing EE today:

Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana, grapefruit and orange
Lunch - mixed salad, salad cream (2), sw quiche, melon and grapes
Tea - stir fried veg, noodles, chinese chicken thighs (will calculate syns once I've made the marinade)

I'll need a snack before tea as we won't be having it till after 9pm when hubby gets in from work. Will see what I fancy at the time, I'm supposed to have an extra HEB now I'm at target so I might have a pitta and make some HM salsa as I have millions of tomatoes and cucumbers (they were 3 for £1 on the market!!!!!)

Can I ask how you cook polenta please?
I bought some Salter scales in Sainsburys a few weeks ago, £10 down from £20 on a half price offer - they are RUBBISH - you ca nstep on , off and on again and the weight will vary by 7lb! I have switched to Tesco scales on a Saturday morning.

I was just coming on here to ask the same thing!! I have some ready made polenta in the cupboard but NO idea how to cook it or what to do with it?! What does it taste like? I see a lot of you have polenta for breakfast!
Edit! I just tried frying a piece in frylight and even the smell made me feel sick so it's all gone in the bin, never to return to my cupboards!!
