    Hello all...

How's everyone in the sunshine today?

I've had a bad start to the day, our car park at work has extremely tight spaces and I've managed to scrape the car parked next to me as i've parked!! stupid stupid mistake..however i seem to have been very lucky because the man who owns the car has said it doesn't matter and he's sure it'll come out with a bit of T-cut.. i'm not sure it will so i'll speak to him Monday and see if he's had a change of mind. I'm willing to pay for it if he needs respraying/touched up but if not i shall send him cake!

Anyway i'm desparately trying to stop myself eating cr*p food as i normally would in this situation (stress) and have so far not had toast, a sandwich, chocolate and mini cheddars :T it's killing me not to have them though! :rotfl:

Right so enough of the whinging, lets get on with the day. I see some fantastic weight losses again... well done :T:T

    Green day for me again

    B - apple, yogurt, allbran (1)
L - jacket potato and cheese (HEA + 0.5 HEA)
T - Falafels, wholemeal pitta (HEB) salad, mint yogurt, onions
S - Crisps (4) satsumas, apple, fruit crunch (HEB)

I may have an extra pitta bread using my remaining syns later if i haven't eaten something else by then!

I'll catch up with everyone later x

Its just cost my sister £170 at the vets for her cat with the same thing, they have attributed it to a dry food diet apparently, as she isnt getting enough liquid into her so thats caused it, she also had crystals in her urine, so has to have a special diet now which is £17 a bag, and she loves it, eats the lot in one sitting lol!

:eek: Apparantly it can also be caused by stress!! We've got a rescue cat as well who is getting a lot of attention and we've been decorating...... She has a mixed diet but is a bit fussy about water - she prefers a running tap or a puddle!! I'll see how she is when I get home tonight.

have you tried a water fountain? my 2 had started drinking out of the toilet  so i bought one of these and they love it. and i have never seen them near the toilet since.
my vet still keeps trying to tell me to feed only dry food but i have heard on a few forums now that this causes problems with uti's and crystals. so i am sticking to a 50/50 mix

    OMG Sounds well confusing!!!

I don't reckon i could just stick to 7 speed foods! And drinking 3500ml water  - surely you would only be able to eat the 7 speed foods - let alone anything else (coming from a girl who can barely drink 1 litre a day!):rotfl:

Even the fast forward plan only says to drink 1500ml water minimum - i have heard if you drink too much you can cause some problems (heard of one lady dying!)

The other bits sound doable though!

I am really chuffed with myself so far this week, 7 syns on Tues & 2 syns yesterday and haven't felt hungry or deprived!

The secret??? Frozen Mullers!!! :j:j:j Got some ff vanilla onken in freezer for later - bet it tastes more like ice-cream as it is so creamy!

Got Fri, Mon & Tues off - not good as i tend to pick! Especially on Monday when i will be revising for exam on Tues!!! Wish me luck xxx

Right, I'm going to try the 7 day something. I've just been to see the nurse who gave me a very nice telling off about my weight, very nie but a telling off none the less. According to her scales I've put on 2lbs this week, which is pants because I've been totally 100% this week. Hurumph. I suppose it may come off before my WI on Saturday but I feel a bit narked about it. Grrrr. So, I'm going for a walk down the fat lane in a bit and am going to give this 7 day thing a go.
SO, today's been green (I think):
Porridge and berries, ryvita and a banana (HEB)
    satsumas
    quorn and cucumber sandwich (HEB)
    3 mini babybels (HEA)
    Milk in tea (HEA)
packet of walkers baked crisps (5 syns)
    strawberries
    grapes
And I think it'll be stir fryed veg and noodles for dinner.

And am going to make a plan for the next 7 days to try and shift some lbs.
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.
