Morning all...I promise not to be too chirpy *hides from the PMT imps*
So I didn't sleep as well as I should have last night - tonight I have two friends from work coming to stay (girlie sleepover at MY age...:j) and at some point this week my other half is coming back from the States (on standby...who knows what time the flight will land!)
My apologies for being extra fractious in advance
I'm confused...what's the difference between SE and EE
I know EE = Extra Easy and that's 1 HEB and 1HEA, but NO idea what SE stands for StupidEasy?
Today a bit of a Red Green mix again
B - 1 Alpen light (0.5HEB) Muller yog, Peach, Apple
L - Crosse & Blackwell Pasta & Sauce, Cheese, Leek & Ham, excluding milk & butter, dried 120g pack [free EE and Green]
D - Asparagus wrapped in pancetta to start
Sausage casserole with short wholegrain brown rice
[4syns per sausage because I have no idea what brand they are - just defrosted them and will probably have 2]
NO idea what for dessert yet - need to hunt down stuff with low syn value, unless one of you can give me a quick and easy yummy idea *hint hint*
HEA - skimmed milk for tea through the day
Snack - Alpen light (0.5HEB) apples, peaches
Hope the ball throwing goes ok dizzy
Found your book yet Sparks?
*hugs all around and have a fabulous grey day*"you say tomato...I say Bite Me" :A

Morning all.. hello to all the joiners, well done to all the losers
well i managed unbelieveably to sts this week... so i can't have been eating as badly as i thought... :j just need to make sure that i'm trying at least 90% this week though so i can make a bit better headway into my next half stone target.autumnflower wrote: »I used to use MyFitnessPal, just type it into google. It has a calorie tracking thing, where you input foods onto this planner and it tells you the cal, fiber, fat, carbs, sugar, details. They have an IPhone app, which I found very useful
I use this site too, i find it helps regulate portion sizes a bit.. (i'm a pasta monster if i'm allowed!) i also like to see the nutrients that i am getting in a day - i'm shockingly low on Iron most days i've found out, so i now take an iron supplement..
On the sleep issue - i naturally wake up after about 9 hoursso i'm guessing that's how many i need a night. i usually only have 7 hours in the week though because of getting up for work, i'm absolutey knackered by Thursday and find my eating goes a bit off the rails if i'm not careful... i don't know how you lot survive on such little sleep or am i just lazy!!:rotfl:
Well green day for me, back on plan, no office cakes to sabotage me!!
B - apple, yogurt, allbran (1)
L - LO pasta bake (0.5 HEA)
T - Spanish chicken and Chorizo risotto (HEB 2.5syns)
S - french fries (4) satsumas, milk in tea (HEA) fruit crunch (HEB)
I will stay on track, I will stay on track - i want to lose at least 1lb this week! (maybe sneak 2lb if i can!)
xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

There's meant to be a big announcement on Friday to tell us what they plan to do to make the business profitable......rumour has it they might shut down both of the machines I look after so god knows where that would leave me!!! Although a manager in a different area that I get on well with has hinted that he may have a job waiting for me so fingers crossed!!!

Was up loads through the night as my middle son had nose bleed after nose bleed, hi bed looked like a crime scene by this morning! I used to suffer terrible with them when I was younger too. So through lack of sleep I have a terrible headache. I'm glad you're feeling more positive today and I agree with you, this forum is a fabulous source of support and advice. I hope you can put your 'wobble' behind you and concentrate on all the positive things you've already achieved and all those that you are on your way to achieving, you can do it (indeed you already are!). Just remembered something I was going to say about Success Express (SE)......don't forget that when calculating syns you have to count the highest valu so if it would be 3 syns on red and 4 on green then you have to count 4.
Oh and snacks should be superfree or HEs.0 -
can anyone look up mathesons fridge raiders for me?
it is a mini bag (35g) of the roast chicken flavour0 -
Nearest I can find are these:
Fridge Raiders, Chicken Bites, Roast, chilled, 65g pack 3 syns on RED and EE 6.5 on GREENWhen Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0
