    also loved the http://www.bahamabreeze.com/

However, I put on a pile of weight while through eating poor choices;) but worth every crumb, the food everywhere was fab!

Ah thats brilliant Linz thanks, I intend to make healthy choices, Im looking for a hotel that includes breakfast with fruit so I can start the day good, and il be taking loads of alpen lites and eating fruit all day round the parks. Then meat and veg choices for dinner........thats the plan anyway!!

Good effort minxtress. Our hotel provided: White bread in a toaster, cereals like frosties, coco pops and corn flakes and loads of donuts and pastries.

sadly, Im one of those "Ive paid for it, I should have some" brigade :wall: on the upcoming holiday to the states I expect to pile it on from the word go. I cant resist fried dill pickkles

    Hello everyone.
I hope you don't mind me joining you all on this lovely, friendly forum. I have been lurking around the SW threads over the past few years & have alway enjoyed the very genuine support that is freely given & of course, the wonderful weight losses. I have been on & off the SW eating plan over the last few years & had joined again in March but after a death in the family which knocked me for 6, I decided to leave it for a while. I am hoping that by going public(!), thatI can get my butt in gear again.

Helloooo & welcome to the thread :j

Theres plenty of room on the Dizzy Tank ;)

Brians daughter I know exactly how you are feeling, I feel so down at the moment. I would be chuffed though if I had a loss of 0.5lb, cos last week I gained a few pound for no reason at all, so done 3 red days on the trot, WI today and gained another 0.5lb! I really don't understand why this is happening, I came so close to target, and now I am getting further away again, and I am doing nothing different to what I have done all along :-(
All I can say is keep at it, if you have lost weight up to now (and you still are losing!!!) then just keep it up, you know it works.
That's what I keep telling myself, I know the weight I have gained can't be fat, its impossible, so I am just carrying on as normal in the hope that one day I will WI and will see a loss x

oooh I didnt know SE was 2 HEB and 2 HEA!!

I only thought it was one!

So doing a couple of SE days before happy holidays :D

I will definately be filling my boots there, going to the land of BBQ, Tennessee itself. I will be avoiding: the white bread, macaroni and cheese, mashed potato, burgers with the buns buttered, hushpuppies, collard greens cooked with lard:eek: and on and on!

might have to try to do red days!
Well known for fried chicken
To wash it down plenty of whiskey  Good job i like diet coke!
