    Goooood morning all :D

Made it here eventually.... I was at the gym for 8am :j I decided to see if I could better my 3km run from last time annnnnd I DID -I did 5km and felt fine *apart from the beetroot face* :rotfl:-it took me 45 mins -so Im no Sally Gunnell -but I did burn exactly 500cals. Im really confuddled as I feel absolutely nothing in my joints or muscles I expected to "feel" it -but I don't -the only thing I get is my big ole day glo face :p - still I will be grateful for small mercies. Anyway I then walked home *in the pouring rain* so thats my exercise for the day -Im hoping I can convince myself to do it monday and wednesday every week and then with the 1hrs badminton on Fridays I should about have the bulk of my exercise covered each week ;)

Well done on the losses folks :T
super well done Wootball on all those inches lost :T
Hiya SHAZ -thankyou lovely, Im getting there.... We are back out in Germany at the moment but will be back for good towards the end of the year

On the book front - "world of flavours" is my fave -BUT I have always used much less liquid than they suggest and "tweaked" them :rotfl:, I have most of the new ones but truth be told my fave recipes have all come from adaptations of *normal* recipes -I reall should get my a*se into gear and start copying my recipes over to the recipe thread :o

Rockie -my hubby is a pain -the flip flops don't leave his feet until we have at least 1" of snow on the ground :rotfl: - I weeded out his stuff yesterday and now he has post it notes on the drawer fronts saying whats in there -Its an attempt to stop his random rummaging *bet it doesn't work*

SO then my red carb curfew should look like this:-
    7am
    1 grapefruit
    banana

    12pm
    hm humus (B+0.5)
    3 ryvitas (B)
    tomatoes
    cucumber
    tickled onions
    tickled beetroot
    tickled cabage

    4pm
    activia (2.5)
    5 brazil nuts (5)
    5 x 1/2 walnuts
    (5)
    7pm
    meat -yet to be decided
    lettuce
    cucumber
    tomatoes
    raddish
    peppers
    tickled cabbage
    tickled beetroot
    tickled onions

    500ml semi (2 x A)
SO that makes 2A+Bs and 13 syns sorted
We will be nipping out this evening -for yet more milk and salad stuff and a few other bits -so until then Im doing very little
Right Im off to catch up... have a great day everyone....

Lastly, where do people get the velvet crips from and who are they made by? I often fancy a bag of crisps but cant seem to find these ones?

I have seen them in Mr M & Mr T - not sure who makes them - not really a crisp person - unless they are worchestershire sauce flavour french fries mmmmm:drool:

Morning all!! Hope everyone had a great weekend, I don't think mine went too badly (albeit, not totally to plan) Saturday is takeaway/eat out night in our house, I opted for the chicken kebab (takeaway this week) Figuring just the pitta would need to be synned. However OH decided to 'accidently' buy a LARGE Chips by mistake, so I ended up eating some of those as they smelt soooo good and I couldn't bear to see them go to waste (probably gone to my waist though!) I hadn't had any other syns that day so that wobble aside I pretty much stuck to plan, which I'm pleased with.
This thread is so inspiring, hearing everyones struggles and successes always seems to help me focus and with only 6 more WI until my hols I do really need to stay focussed. Keep going everyone. XX

My inch loss has just hit me. A while ago, I struggled to get into size 22 work trousers- in fact, I had to re-position the button on them :o I hadn't really thought much about other clothes, but my jeans were tight (and most of them contained some sort of stretch) and I lived the rest of my life in stretchy jodphurs, or skirts which never really got too small because they just sat a bit higher :o

I've just worked the weekend in size 20 trousers which were constantly falling down! I've only just bought them, and they are stretchy, hence why I thought I fit into them when I tried them on. But this is the biggie: I bought a pair of jgoging bottoms from next (same shop as trousers) and had to buy size 18 to get them long enough - thought this would be ok as I wear them with a baggy t-shirt and obviously they stretch. They arrived today, and I tried them on and realised that they fitted perfectly, and a size 20 would have been too big!

I think my problem is also that I have very funny shaped thighs at the moment - my horse riding muscles must be melting/turning into fat (I'm pretty active all things considered at the mo, but no horse riding) and causing this weird shaping. Looking forward to that disappearing!

I have also noticed that I have abs! They are underneath a good layer of padding ;) but I have a 4 pack when I tense them - so excited as I have never had that before, and I can't wait to strip back the layer of padding to be able to see them properly! :D

Woot - I was thinking I hadn't seen you on here recently. Good luck for the wedding and congrats on target/0.5lbs away. ;)

*ahem* I would like to say that I have lost 4lbs :D

squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and runs around the room like a loonatic!!

Considering I only weighed myself on Thursday 12th I can't imagine what I was on Monday!

Starting weight*(4 days after starting SW) 19.11 st
    Week 1 - 19.7 st

Nessie I'm so glad I wasn't the only one with a bonkers weekend - I was abducted by the Eurovision Essex Fairies who held me down and forced me to have fabulous cocktails and 'stuff'

Probably didn't help that I baked cupcakes with glitter frosting for the event and took some home *headdesk* Must. Not. Take. Cakes. Home. Ever!!

I'm really proud of the fact that I didn't stuff my face when I normally do. Food was buffet style, veggie pizza, garlic bread, olives, crisps, jacket potatoes, salad etc.
I enjoyed myself properly but was rather clever about it if I may say so...I just can't help wondering how much I must have weighed on Monday if I had all this 'fun stuff' and then still lost 4lbs.

I've not yet attacked my food cupboard with a marker pen, but that will happen as soon as I find my old SW book...promise.

    Today...(probably keeping it green)
B - Cup of tea (I forgot breakfast, just got busy at work) skimmed milk (HEA)
L - left over rice and quorn bolognaise (with sweetcorn), HUGE salad and 3 tbsp Kraft Low fat French dressing (1.5 syns)
D - Baked potato, beans and goat's cheese (HEA)

snacks - Muller yoghurt I was meant to have for breakfast, apple
    syns - 5 x chocfingers (7.5 syns)

I bought two boxes of Alpen light bars so might have one as a HEB snack tonight

right - now back to work...Have a fantastic Monday everyone *hugs*
"you say tomato...I say Bite Me" :A

Have just made a saucepan full of butternut squash soup as never had it before and people say how nice it is - think it will end up in the bin as its awful. _pale_ Wont be making it again. Found it a bit to sweet and sickly. Not to worry at least we have tried it.

Having a EE day today -

    B - Yogurt
L - Jkt potato with some bolognaise sauce and salad.
T - S. W chicken Tikka Masala with rice and salad. (The curry is out of a 2003 mag)

    Snacks - fruit
HEA - milk for drinks HEB - couple of ryvitas later on.
Sysn - not sure yet but will have some. :D

Will weigh on Thursdays now as this is the day that we go to the sister at G.P's
Good luck to everyone and well done to Wootball :T

Well done vmonsta - a great loss and heres to another succesful week.
