    These are the "OX burgers"

    Ox burger
    makes 6X100g burgers

    • 500g extra lean minced steak
    • 1 onion -finely chopped
    • 1tbs capers - well chopped
    • gherkin-finely chopped - (about 1tbs once chopped)
    • 1tsp wholegrain mustard (0.5)
    • 1tsp worcestershire sauce.
    • 2tbs fat free natural yoghurt
    1. Squish everything together with your hands and chill for about 1hr
    2. break of 100g pieces and shape into patties (I have a burger press )
    3. place back in the fridge until required
    4. heat a non-stick frying pan and cook drop them in and let them seal before turning over and cooking the other side -I cooked them on a fairly high heat to stop them losing all their juices

Thanks should have looked there first :o

Hope everyones had a good weekend, I think weekends should definately be 5 days and working weeks 2 days!
I was supposed to be working today but was dragged out kicking and screaming for lunch with friends. Had berries and muller light for breakfast coffee with my hea, then lunch was a return visit to the thai buffet, i was extremely good and had chicken salad for starter, then a selection of boiled rice, steamed veg and few bits chicken and lamb, and huge bowl fresh fruit for dessert!
Im still not hungry so just had a muller light with a banana chopped in it. Wont have any syns incase I had any in the restaurant in way of oil in the salad or any hidden naughties.
I really must knuckle down and work this week though as battered head or not, I have to earn money, and as I dont get a basic pay I cant afford anymore time off. Hard going being happy and smiley selling holidays when Im feeling so poopy, and desperately trying to sort my own out.
I want to lose 3.5lb this week to make my first stone so going to eat a lot of superfree and superspeed and hope for the best!
Have a good week everyone and remember, nothing tastes as good as slim feels!!

    Hiya folks

Back from me jollies and first weigh in aaa.gif

    +5lbs thud.gif

Not that I am going to slit my wrists over it or anything. I will be continuing on the same vein as I was before I stuffed myself silly for a week :o

Had a great time, got a lovely tan and am still 38lbs lighter than I was in January.

I haven't read backwards but I bet you have all had great losses so well done to you all highfive2.gif

So long as you enjoyed it and get straight back on track it'll be fine. Bet you lose 3 or 4 of those pounds next week ;)

I would like to say, SW roast potatoes: OM actual G!!!!
I've just had a mahooosive roast dinner that was SW friendly, inlcuding loads (prob too many but hey ho) of roasties. I'd intended to have quorn fillets but when I opened the freezer I didn't have any, so had Linda McC sausages instead, which meant that with some gravy (2) my ginormous dinner came in at 6 syns.
However, I've had potato twice today now which doesn't feel right so I'll have to find my carbs elsewhere for the next few days.

I'm stuffed, and so is DS - he just uttered the words 'don't worry about pudding mum, I'm too full'. Has anyone ever heard anything like it coming from a 10 year old boy?? It's a first (and I expect last) in my house!!! :rotfl:

I went for a nice walk earlier, when DS was swimming with his mate. I powered round the park for about 35 minutes and when I stopped my face was bright red, I looked like one of those people who takes exercise, it was amazing!! :T I really enjoyed it too, so will try and get out some more this week. It's a bit difficult as a single mum but I'm sure I can find a way.

Hope you've all had a good day :D
