Lynzpower I'm so envious, both of your trip to Oxford Street - I used to live in Kentish Town and miss it! and also of your being able to buy size 8 clothes! I can't wait till I can get into smaller clothes, I've got a wardrobe full of lovely stuff but can only wear a couple of outfits at he moment!
The swordfish wasn't as nice as I'd thoguht it would be, so my day has been like this:
2 weetabix with skimmed milk (HEA
Butternut squash wrap (B and 5 syns)
cherries
mixed vegetables stir fryed in frylight, noodles
swordfish (about a third of the steak) I shall guesstimate 4 syns
cherries, strawberries and 0% total yog
3 babybel lights (A)
So that's 2xA and 2XB and about 9 syns. I may treat myself to a 2 finger kitkat later :0)Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Whoop Whoop to everyone dropping dress sizes- seriously! Dont spend too much money- I have clothes that are too big now  its such a waste!
Dont be Envious Annie Oxford st was totally rammed and everyone was in everyones way, packed everywhere. :rotfl:
I love swodfish  athough I never cooked it myself. Love the meat like texture of it. I think its quite hard to cook but I had it once and it was one of the best meals Ive ever had. Think its quite hard to get very fresh in the UK and I havent seen it frozen yet. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I love swordfish and marlin is very similar but unfortunately I don't think they are sustainable fish.
It's difficult to cook because if you overcook it, it goes dry and chewy (bit like overcooked tuna steaks go).working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
On another note... I have already had 14 syns and yet still want to eat something.....
Any suggestions - there's no yoghurts in my fridgeworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
:wave:Hello again!!
Whoop Whoop!! To everyone getting too skinny for their clothes (and having to buy new ones:T:T)
Dizzy, I hope Mr D is feeling better..... I also hope that the tank doesn't go the same way - for safety's sake, I'll be the ballast at the back:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:We could be wheelie- ing everywhere:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (i have got a wicked mental picture of this!!!)
Well, I have added my snacks and syns to today - 2 Pink n Whites (5) and :eek:A whole punnet of mmmmmmmmmmm English Strawberries.... I know there a speed food - but a WHOLE punnet!!!!!
Hope everyone else has had an equally good day

Got any fruit? Or carrots? You could make carrot sticks, or, erm, dust??
I have eaten more fruit this week than I would have eaten in a whole month previously!! Which I know is a good thing.
pineapple, melon, grapes, cherries, strawberries, raspberries and bananas - and a piece of mango which confirmed I don't like it!!
We have plenty of dust though!!! :rotfl:
I don't think I'm actually hungry... just habit.working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -

[QUOTE=
Just noticed this scotrae and wanted to check that you meant WW Brown Danish. If not, it'll need to be a small wholemeal loaf as I don't think ordinary brown counts as a HEB.[/QUOTE]
Good point, so thanks for checking. I meant wholemeal but we just call it 'brown' Chez Scotrae. Don't be fooled by the wishy washy low-fibre stuff!0 -
Evening losers :rotfl:have been super good today so fingers crossed for wi tomorrow. My clothes feel very loose especially the jeans I'm wearing which were snug a few weeks ago. I can even pull them down without undoing them as I found out the other day when I thought I'd undone them but hadn't :rotfl:.
So food today has been:
B - weetabix hot water/splash milk [part a] coffee
L - pasta, spring onions, tomatoes, cheese [part a] bbq sauce [1]
T - 2x jacket spuds, cheese [a], roasted onion, spaggy hoops, wm roll , half a rasher bacon [3?]
Snacks - melon, apple, onken. Left over pasta & bbq sauce [1]. 2 X apples. Breakaway [5]
Syns - 10?
Still very tired so probably have an early night. Enjoy the eurovision those that watch it [not me I'm not that sad :rotfl:]Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
