    Afternoon all!
Been busy all morning, shopping, errands etc and now have a chance to sit down and think about food ( not strictly true because I'm always thinking about food :rotfl::rotfl:but you know what I mean).

Breakfast - Hifi bar (B choice)
Lunch - 3 pagens (B choice) and 2 LC extra light (0.5 A choice), fruit
Tea - 3 quorn sausages in a sausage casserole with mushrooms and onion and Tesco casserole mix (3 syns for half) and HM mash (3 syns for butter in mash) and tinned peas

Extras - frozen choc orange Mullerlight, maybe a glass of wine?

Ooooh, just thinking about my tea now - proper comfort food!

I'll be honest, I cannot still get my head around the Extra Easy plan so I'm doing the trad red or green.

Can you really mix the red or greens for extra easy....I just can't make sense of it?

:wave:afternoon all.. hello to everyone who's joined us..

Dizzy - glad MrD is ok..
erm.... the whole place smells of fish :rotfl: well worth it though!

This is one of the reasons I "don't do" fish.. that smell that lingers for ages after sick0022.gif my OH waits for me to have an evening out before he has fish for his tea but I can always smell it afterwards... although i do like the sound of fish pie - is it very fishy??? i can cope with cod and thats about it..
going to try the Tropical Meringue Pie over the weekend too that looks lush nom nom.

was this in the last magazine??? i can't believe i missed it!! i love lemon meringue pie.. i'm off to search for me mag!!

Triker, i still do red and green days with a few EE thrown in occassionally - i found the problem on EE is my portion sizes are just too big and i only lose half a pound here and there. I find doing red and green regulates at least some of the portion sizes i have.

I had an "eat everything in sight" day yesterday :( so i had a sneaky look at how many calories i'd eaten through out the day to see the damage - it was less than 1800 so i'm happy that it wasn't way over the top. However, we are off out tonight for OH's birthday so i'm having a flexi day today as well..

What will be will be this week and if i put on or sts then i know it'll come off eventually!

Have pre armed myself this week with some sweet "treats" if i need them (so i don't raid my baking stash of chocolate) I've made some jelly/yogurt puddings and have a box of ryvita fruit crunch. that should see me through fingers crossed..

MrsM - that story did make me smile! Sounds like something I would do!

Dizzy - glad MrD is ok, hope car will be ok

Huge Congrats to those with losses this week. To those struggling try increasing superspeed foods as I found it increased my losses or making sure you have enough variation and food throughout the day. It is not a diet but a healthy eating plan so you need to make sure you eat enough so you can stick to it.

Flexi day as having treat tonight
    B - strawberries and hi-fi bar (heb)
L - lettuce, cucumber and chicken
    S - apple
D - (Flexi) potato skins, chicken, onion rings and breaded mushrooms with low fat sour cream

    I've been Money Tipped!
Hi everyone, usually just read thread but thought I would post today as pasta n sauce was mentioned, I like to have the mild cheese and broc one, done on the hob, halfway through cooking I add some frozen peas then when ready I take it off the heat and add a couple handfulls of spinach and stir! Tastes really nice and makes me feel as though I have had more of a meal if that makes sense!!

you can only have 1 HEA & 1 HEB choice per day on EE though. (not 2 like the red /green days)

and you MUST eat 1/3 superfree fruit veggies with each meal...... simples ;)

I've JUST started eating a' little' fish under pressure (I really really really dont like it.....But Mr D does....and he says cos he eats some of my 'experiments' :o the deal is I have to eat fish now & again with him sick0022.gif

I can cope with cod, haddock (in batter would be nicer :D) tuna from a tin I'm finding bearable, and now I've progessed to that yellow fish (smoked? haddock)_pale_ as thats one of his faves. oh and prawns! ive eaten them a few weeks ago and theyre not too bad if you dont chew them :o:rotfl:

I put a spicy fish kebab recipe on the recipe thread thats pretty nice though (cos you cant taste or smell the fish lol)

I've just been ibnto town to get ds some aliens that give birth (I have no idea before you ask, I just handed over my debit card at the approporiate time) and now today is going to be green (I think) rather than EE as I realised when I got there that lunchtime had been and gone, and so had my blood sugar level so I got the shakes and had to eat something quick. I went to Marks and had a count on us wrap with roated butternut squash and some sort of hummus in. So, I'm counting the wrap itself as a B and the filling as 5 syns - it can't possibly be more than that, it was tiny and most of it was vegetables. Also went to the market to get some salmon to make the teriyaki salmon from the sliiming eats website, but they didn't have any so we got swordfish instead, so I'm planning to pan fry them with frylight, and serve with stir fryed veg and noodles, and syn the fish.
What a palarva! I'm still stressed from yesterday and am getting myself in a state so need to go and scrub the bathroom or something to work off some of my annoyance.

Thanks for the info on the scales btw, I'll have a look at what Argos have got.
Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.

(Consultant has put the link to it on the 1st page of this thread :))[/QUOTE]
