Poor MrD, I hope he's not feeling too battered and bruised today.
I lost 1.5lbs this week, which means I only need another 1.5lbs to get my 2 stone award. I went on our trampoline for the first time last night - I'd been too frightened I'd break it before. The child laughed until he couldn't breathe!
I should be in the kitchen making chicken soup, or upstairs doing the ironing. The weather is putting me off though - I get so much more done when it's sunny. The cat's won't go out because it's raining so they're doing 100mph circuits of the house, and I really need to go and find a jumper because it's cold. On the plus side, I shopped from my wardrobe this week, and have 4 pairs of trousers that fit me now that didn't fit when I started SW0 -
I've had to revise my plan for today as OH has nabbed the last of the chilli, not really a problem as i didnt really fancy it anyway.
So today has now turned into a green day...
B- special k (5), milk (hea) and celery sticks (i'd already had them and love the stuff anyway)
L- jp and cheese (hea) tiny blob of marge (1) followed by huge slice of melon
T- pasta and cheese sauce made using mini tub of philli and grated cheese (heb) mixed with last of my milk and black pepper with wm roll (heb)
S- cherry toms, alpen light (3.5) aero mousse (5) maybe a frozen mullerlight too if i'm still hungry - i seem to be starving today.
We normally go shopping sat/sun but OH is now working so i'm gonna have a rummage through the cupboards and see what kind of plan i can rustle up for tomoro.£387.39/£196.46

Which scales do you use from Argos please? The ones I have I've had for years and I dread to think how many times they've been dropped
So I was thinking of investing in a new set especially as I've heard people say they've lost 0.5lb but mine don't register a difference that small! I'm thinking if I can claim small victories like that then it will keep me encouraged whereas on my current scales I stay the same

I've JUST started eating a' little' fish under pressure (I really really really dont like it.....But Mr D does....and he says cos he eats some of my 'experiments'
the deal is I have to eat fish now & again with him
I can cope with cod, haddock (in batter would be nicer) tuna from a tin I'm finding bearable, and now I've progessed to that yellow fish (smoked? haddock)_pale_ as thats one of his faves. oh and prawns! ive eaten them a few weeks ago and theyre not too bad if you dont chew them
:rotfl:
I put a spicy fish kebab recipe on the recipe thread thats pretty nice though (cos you cant taste or smell the fish lol)
Thanks for the suggestions but I couldn't possibly eat a prawn or tinned tuna.. even the thought makes my gag reflex go.
I think I might try fish pie to start with as you can't "see" the fish as fish IYKWIM.. one day i'll be brave enough..:rotfl:Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Hi everyone
Well today wasnt TOO bad. Walked the length and breadth of Oxford st and then went for my eyebrow shape ( body magic:D) Took the size 10 stuff back to M&S and bought a couple of vest tops in a 8 and leggings in an 8. We went to a thai place and I had a chicken cashew with butternut squash stir fry. Ive never had butternut squash in a stirfry before it was lovely! Will call this 5 syns. Loads of SF in there ( spring onions peppers carrot) plus steamed rice free and a diet coke.
Sadly tho the shorts shopping was awful My milk bottle legs looked really flabby (eek) so needless to say, I put them back  and I couldnt be faffed after trying on in 3 shops and they looked dire.
Ho Hum!
Dinner for tonight is salad, grilled chicken, these M&S new rump steak kebabs ( anyone seen these?) think these will have a few syns in, plus cous, and a small jacket.
Will have more fruit later plus a dime bar.
Must not overeat choclate today there is loads in the house, well done and welcome to everyone, cant keep up at the moment!:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Good night last night, finished the day at 11 syns including a LARGE gass of wine:dance:
Spent the mornin shopping for clothes for OH  why are men such a pain in the a**e  Finally got him something at Go Outdoors:doh:
Still, I got a lovely topand joy of joys, I tried on a skirt in size14 and it fitted beautifully :j:j:jI didn't buy it (not yet ) but I was sooooo chuffed I might have to go back ....
Today:
B: Polenta and eggs
L: JP and beans
S: Banana'Fakeaway night' Onion bajees with raita dip and salad, BNS and spinach curry with rice (from an SW curry book) 2 syns in total:D
Might have Pogens and laughing moo's for supper to use some HEB's and as Man City won the cup I'll have a glass of wine :footie: to celebrate!0
