Thanks autumn flower, I am trying to not be to down about it, hoping next weeks WI will show a loss. It has been a funny old day today, and after flying thro all the messages today I am realising I think it is something in the air:D I think we all need to have a drink and chill out, do you all want to come to mine tonight??? I have lots of chicken drumsticks in the oven and have done a nice big salad and fruit kebabs for my friends who are on there way, I will share mine with you all, and you can all have a nice large brandy or glass of wine :rotfl:
Hope MR DIZZY is ok, I think he will deserve a nice large one when he gets home, sounds like he had a nasty bump, so glad to hear he is in one piece.

Happy Friday night everyone, lets hope we are all feeling more normal tomorrow xxx

The funny thing was; after I posted, I decided to pop on the wii fit and have my daily dose and yup you guessed it.... showed a 4lb gain :rotfl: almost died laughing :D:D

I hate the 'I want to eat everything' days, even if they are still on plan. I always think WHYYY do I want to eat so much? Luckily managed to stay on 12 syns today, and no crabstick/carrot/free food binges in sight (fingers crossed :p)

and hugs to DizzyK and MrDizzy, hope everything is ok!

Just wanted to check a syn value, does syns online have a listing for Wetherspoons - Sweet Chilli Noodles? Had a browse online and have a ballpark of around 3-6 but not totally sure. So if someone could check that would be great, thanks :D

    Good morning lovely people :D

Dizzy -so glad MrD is back in 1 piece, all be it a little battered n bruised. Hope they can sort your car out too.
Well done on those losses folks :T

*cover your ears if you are of a delicate disposition*

    :doh:knick knack frickin noo
So then ups we get -shovel brekkie down *determined to stay on plan* even though 5am is NO time to be eating :lipsrseal.... offs we tootle (all prepared)-with my 1 apple, 1 banana and 10 half walnuts in a little bag and plenty of water , up n down, round n round looking for the signposts *for a structured place Germany don't seem to have the knack of signposting very well* -well we track it down and its on the 15th - TOMORROW ..not bleepin today :rotfl: I though hubby was going to bust a blood vessel and I really don't envy the half wit that told him it was the 2nd SATURDAY of each month. SO anyhoo -here I am ..back home . Now hubby has a golf competition tomorrow and its a team event so he can't drop out *and I wouldn't ask him to anyway* -so he is going to find out his tee off time later and if its about 10am or later he is threatening to go to the car boot for 6am tomorrow to do 3hrs and then drop me off home and go golfing....
I think hubby is rather taken aback by my "hey ho" attitude -at one time I would have be seething -now I figure there are more important things .
Well then, obviously my day is all confuddled now -but I will stick with having my snacky at 9am as planned ......... I don't know, when Im organised it still goes t*ts up :p
so then -my read carb curfew today looks like this:-
    5am
    • 1/2 grapefruit
    • 2 weetabix (B)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • activia (2.5)
    9am
    • 1 apple
    • 1 banana
    • 10 x 1/2 walnuts (10)
    1pm
    • 113g chickpeas (B)
    • cucumber
    • tomatoe
    • peppers
    • 42g low fat feta (A)
    • balsamic
    • lime juice
    5pm
    • roast chicken
    • carrots
    • onions
    • broccoli
so that comes to a yummy 2A+Bs and 12.5syns

I might make some bracelets or necklace this afternoon if I can be bothered , oooh and I WILL plan my meals for next week -hubby is away for a couple of days -1 at golf a 1 on duty so I will sort both plans out and other than that I have NOWT planned.
Weigh in for me in the morning so pinkies crossed for that .... Im interested to see if my tweaks make any difference to my losses, although I have loved every single meal this week so I think I will be sticking with them....
Right Im off to catch up and then Im going to veg out on the sofa...
Have a lovely day everyone and keep up the great work :D

    :rotfl::rotfl: LMAO ;)

Funny you should say this...... I was cooking him one at 11pm last night (he didn't feel like eating when he got in....not surprised really) and the one thing he REALLY fancied was his MRSM burger :p.....and 2 of my toffee oaty bars:mad:;):p well I couldn't say no really could I :A

I'm not sure what sort of day I'm having today yet? we normally shop today......but ..... no car....and I dont think MrD is up to trailing round the supermarket. His mum is out visiting her friend in a care home who has alzheimers (she does this every week after shes been to her allotment)

sooooooo I'm using up from the cupboards/freezer, which to be fair I have probably got enough in (especially MrsM burgers lol:rotfl:)

were borrowing MILs car tomorrow to go to Asda OR she will take me.......always a bit dangerous when she takes me though......she doesnt drag me AWAY from the cake aisle......she drags me straight to it:eek: she likes her cream slices :o I also buy a lot of CARP when I'm with her for reasons unknown? stuff I know I dont want but they just end up in the trolley because she has spotted them & they are on offer or something:o and I'm not just talking food items here.....random rubbish purchases and I don't like offending her- MrD does his nut :rotfl:

Right I'm off now to wake Mr D up.....hes normally out at golf by now, he will be getting withdrawal symtoms missing playing all weekend! I'll post my menu later when I've 'thunk'

I wore my usual jeans and jacket to work yesterday and had three people comment on how nice I looked. I put it down to actually being able to button the jacket up and not having the jeans straining over my thighs and btm!

But we've stacks of birthdays at work and the mo and in spite of my resolve to 'be good' someone handed me a slice of the most delicious cake yesterday. A few crisps when I got home too. Then nibbling the chocolate off the sides of a chunky kit kat. DOH!!!!

So today and for the rest of my SW week, I really have to be spot on. I'm going for green today and aiming to eat as much free fruit as I did in my first week. Wish me luck!

Here's to a good weekend for one and all!

    morning all,

really struggled yesterday all i wanted to eat was chocolate:(, i resisted well until 6pm! Wasnt too bad tho, i had planned to have 11syns and ended up having 19. Had my usual mid morning alpen light then realised i was doing EE doh! (had wm roll for lunch) but trust me it could have been soooo much worse.

So have planned an EE day

B - special k (5), milk (hea) - rest in teas and 3 sticks of celery
L - jp with tuna mayo (0.5) onion, cucumber and 9 cherry toms
T - leftover chill n rice followed by melon
S - x2 alpen lights (heb) and aero mousse i never had yesterday (5)

I'm hoping i wont need the rest of my syns to make up for going over yesterday and it's my wi tomoro so i really need to be good. Only expecting a sts as i can feel my totm is on its way.

    enjoy the weekend everyone:D

i've been really tested the last two days - big problems with* have left me on my knees (actually in bed asleep for 2 days - most unlike me!)

Also I have been really hungry - I have kept my syns within limit, but we didn't have much free food in.... I haven't eaten a ginger biscuit in 3 months but yesterday the they were talking to me!

Hopefully today is back on plan - I am feeling a bit brighter - the iron must be working - and I staggered to the local shop last night to refill the fruit bowl 'so I could eat if I had to'. DH has had 2 days holiday, but had things to do and was as much use as a chocolate fireguard! Tho' I wil treasure the sight of him putting his cricket kit in the washing machine - he hadn't a clue what to do and we've only had it 7 years!

EE as always today - breakfast was porridge with banana, rasps, strawbs and blueberrise - and we will see what arrives for the remaining meals...

    Hope everyone is OK!

Morning all and well done to all those who are trying to lose weight.
Having recently been introduced to the slimming world quiche, I find it perfect for the days when i am on my own or can't be bothered cooking but still can't find anything that tastes as good as chocolate.
