    Hi guys - another newbie!!

This might be a really silly/obvious question but does the ryvita crackerbread need to be eaten with 28g of porridge oats to count as an HEB or can it be eaten at another point in the day?!

    Thanks x

I wouldn't take your Wii measurements as the be all and end all!
If it is an actual gain, i'd be tempted to say its because of lack of sleep/toilet/water retention -ect. The body goes a bit mad if it's not working properly!

I'd have your enjoyable night, and see if that shocks the body or something. Have you reviewed your meal plans, perhaps it's getting a bit 'samey' maybe?

I'm really struggling to plan meals at the moment, the OH is working ridiculous hours at uni for his final year, so i'm grazing more and not having proper teas till around 9:30 and getting fed up of cooking/not knowing what to have and I keep just binging on food. Not anything SW unfriendly, but surely a bag of carrot sticks and a pack of crabsticks cannot be good calorie intake wise.

Today I just cannot decide what I want to do foodwise at all! I'm having a green day though, thats a definate.

But, do I want alpen lights as my HEB, or to have some ryvitas, so I have a tea where I use my HEA as cheese, or do I have a cup of options later on, or do I have the cheesy tea and syn a cup of milk? Do I want quorn curry, or spag bol, or shall I use my salad up and have jacket potato, do I want a stir fry - but i've already had noodles for lunch ect. ect. ect.!:mad:

This is what is happening everyday, and it's making me go off plan/go crazy!

    So far today has gone:

    Breakfast
mini choc weetabix (34g) (HEB +1)
    125ml ss milk (1/2 HEA)

    Lunch
wetherspoons chilli noodles i think (3.5)

    Rest of day = ?????????????????????????

Thanks autumn flower, I am trying to not be to down about it, hoping next weeks WI will show a loss. It has been a funny old day today, and after flying thro all the messages today I am realising I think it is something in the air:D I think we all need to have a drink and chill out, do you all want to come to mine tonight??? I have lots of chicken drumsticks in the oven and have done a nice big salad and fruit kebabs for my friends who are on there way, I will share mine with you all, and you can all have a nice large brandy or glass of wine :rotfl:
Hope MR DIZZY is ok, I think he will deserve a nice large one when he gets home, sounds like he had a nasty bump, so glad to hear he is in one piece.

Happy Friday night everyone, lets hope we are all feeling more normal tomorrow xxx

Thanks for your messages about MrDizzy ;)

The car is an MX5 & normally really good and sticks to the road like glue........but if the road is wet/icy its like Bambi :o. Seemingly the roundabout he came off at had a lot of leaves on the road & a massive downpour of rain, the back end just spun out and took him 180 and accross into the oncoming traffic :(

Hes just got back now, some stitches a few bruises & a headache.....but the car is 'really sick' I'm not great with cars but from what he said the drive shaft at the back is broken, the disc brakes have shattered, the back wheel came off completely, the front passenger side wheel & something inside that it connects to? & something else on the body is smashed up, his brother said its pretty messy & he was lucky:(

The insurance tow people have taken it & will assess it on monday - then if its fixable will give us a courtesy car (I kind of hope so it was my Birthday pressie that I've never driven yet  lol). I think he got away with his injuries really lightly! from the sounds of things:o I'm just sooooo relieved he is ok :A x x

No you can eat it whenever you like. It's just there to make up the quantity of fibre needed in order for your porridge to be counted as a HEB :)
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Phew Dizzy - a lucky escape - glad to hear he's OK.

Just had my first ever frozen Mullerlight - OMG! How nice? I don't like yoghurt (it was one of OH's I nicked) but that was yummy! Will definitely have another one - just not tonight!

    :jHello!!

Sorry for late post - been to cadets...

I am so pleased with myself - ordinarily when I go solo, I have lost at least a day by now, but woo hoo!! I have been Soooooooooooooo good this week!!!! (I had a sneaky scales peek too...:T But WI is MONDAY!!!)

Today was EE, and looks like this

B - Summer Fruits and Onken Yogurt

L - Leftover Turkey Mince chilli, pineapple, jelly (0.5)

    snack - 4.5 Poegn (HEB + 3) and 2 laughing cow triangles (0.5 hea)

D - Spag Bol (mince, carrot, celery, onion, tomatoes, mushrooms, oxo) and pasta, followed by cadbury choc mousse (3)

Other half HEA was milk in teas and coffees

I have had a headache all day today - painkillers have numbed, but not shifted it.... choc is calling as is the wine.. I am trying to ignore it!!!!!!!!!:A

Hope you all have a good weekend

Just to add to the french onion soup recipe - i always put a tbsp of balsamic vinager, a few drops of worcester sauce and a sprinkle of thyme before the stock, it gives it a really nice flavour.

to add a little more to the french onion soup recipe - a pagen krisproll with little grated cheese either from your HEA or synned, pop into microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese then pop the whole thing on top of your steaming hot bowl of soup ... mmm (pagen krisprolls are 3 for a HEB)

MrDizzy has just sent his mum to tell me he has had a crash in the car on the way home (I cant hear to take calls & he thought a text would freak me out)
I'm very glad to hear he isn't badly hurt, Dizzy x

I made a lovely fish pie today; part of the ingredients was some dried mushrooms i reconstituted in a little water. I used the water then with a sprinkling of aromat and some chopped parsley, boiled it down a little and tipped it in with the fish, leeks, and mushrooms before putting on a topping of roughly mashed new pots in their skins and some leftover sweet potato, with a few slices of mozzarella on top. 8 mins in microwave and it was bubbling and ....erm.... the whole place smells of fish :rotfl: well worth it though!

On the frozen yog subject, I adore Mullerlights (banana, toffee or cherry are my favourites) but also the smaller weightwatchers citrus yoghurts are very refreshing when frozen - they are currently £1 for four in Asda.

Dizzy - Glad Mr Dizzy is not too badly injured and hope your 'prezzie' can be fixed. What you said about a text would have freaked you out, well my hubby did text me saying he'd had a bump in the car and yes it does freak you out .

Welcome in newbies, grab a seat on Dizzy's sw tank [preferably near a window in case someones been eating dyno rod soup :D].

I'm with the 'mass rubbish eating' group today :o always start out fine but get sabotaged in the evening.

    B - weetabix hot water/milk [part a] coffee
L - 2x wm rolls [2xb] lemon curd [2] toms, couscous fritta, melon, pineapple, activia, breakaway [5] crisps [5]
Snacks - carrot, pineapple, 2x apple, onken, meringue [2.5]
    [all good so far]
T - chinese [lots of super frees though], chocolate from freezer :o
    Syns - too many :o

In my defence I was unbelieveably tired on walk home from work that I just collapsed on sofa and slept when I got home so hubby got the chinese. No excuse for the chocolate though except its * week :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
