Hi ya ! this is me for the day,,, hopefully tomorrow i receive my starter pack... Green day
B 2 weetabix(+ milk (a)
S banana + apple
L salad + chicken
D pork + mash potato ( made with milk and mustard)+ peas, sweetcorn + carrots SYNS in this ??
i am thinking about having some peach ( in light syrup ) with a squirt of cream ? home many syns in this ?
THANK YOU
I don't think this is a green day, it looks more like EE. On Green either the chicken or pork would have to be HEB and the other synned. With all the super frees [salad & carrots. Peas & sweetcorn aren't superfree] that would make it EE but probably could do with a bit more i.e. more fruit. I only see 1 HEA & 1 HEB so would fit EE.

Well done all you losers :T your all great.
Bit of a poor day really for me
After fruit & yog, I went to EAT and chose a sandwich over the salad  Wasnt even that nice to be honest.NO idea of syns and dont want to know lol. Square crisps 5 Diet coke
Chicken stirfry with hardly any chicken and loads of superfree and boiled rice.
Ive got the need to have a cuppa and some chocolate now. Expecting a gain this week but thats ok I think. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
I've maxed out on syns every day of week 2, despite intending to compensate for excess at the start of it. Steadily though I've woken each morning feeling a tiny bit slimmer. Then last night a 5-course dinner for work, which I'd had to pre-order weeks before I started SW and couldn't even remember what I'd gone for. But I made the right choices, declining canapes, potatoes and bread and only having a tiny bit of wine. I'd ordered some lovely fish and glazed fruits for dessert. OK - I did have a couple of the 'petits fours' with coffee but all in all not too bad. Still, I felt stuffed when I got home and was so concerned about my weightloss that I waited til I'd weighed in (lunchtime!) before eating today! I'd lost another 2, so 6 in my first fortnight without too much pain. I would love to get below **stone in time for my birthday next Wednesday, on my home scales if not the SW ones, but would settle for half stone which would only need one more pound off (as long as I continue to shrink!).
This evening we had arranged to take DS2 out for tea with DH and I was pretty proud of myself with making the right choices. It was a 'fast' pizza chain. I had greasy bruschetta (lots of garlic butter, fresh tomato and pesto) for starter, salad with goats cheese and chicken (both as HEs) for mains and a coffee with figs in syrup and a small dollop of marscapone for dessert. Not bad considering it's after weigh-in. But I want to be GOOD this week so that I can buy some nice clothes for my birthday.
Mind you, my consultant has said for the past two weeks she'll ring me ... and she hasn't. She hasn't even looked at my food diary. Just listens out to hear what the lady on the scales tells me ... then calls out to congratulate me. Still, so long as I keep going for the weekly weigh in and I've got you lovely lot on here, that'll hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow ... or narrower at least!!!
Well done to you all on the willpower!

Only lost 1lb at WI today but it's in the right direction I suppose. I've been pretty good this week except for yesterday's lunch so maybe next week will be better. It sometimes works like that for me in two week cycles.
On the syns discussion: I save mine for weekends so, on average, I have most of my syns over 3 days and then very few through the week. I know it's not the 'proper' way but it suits me as it motivates me by helping to make my weekends special and different. I think I would find it really hard if every day was the same.
My EE Menu today:
B: NAS squash, Puffed Wheat (HEB), banana, HEA milk
L: jacket, cottage cheese, beetrootliver, onions, potato and swede mash, peas and cabbage, thin gravy made with stock
Snacks: half a melon0 -
Oh dear, I have NO idea what got into me yesterday
(Well, I do actually .... tiger bread, salami, crisps, biscuits and burger (these were H/M slimming world ones though in my defence!) and chips
).
Psychologically I was in a great mood ! Very happy, so I wasn't even comfort eating.
Have drawn a line under it though and determined to have the rest of the week as 100%.
Today (EE):
B - Mullerlight and a banana
L - Bacon and Egg salad, apple
D - Chicken Vindaloo and Rice with some kind of side veggie dish - will all be HM and SW friendly
Snacks - HEB, HEA and fruit/carrot/cucumber.
Syns - Milk in coffee (prob about 4 or 5 the amount I drink)
I've still got my fingernails firmly dug into the bumper of the wagon. Legs are still dragging along behind but I'm hoping a few sessions at the gym this week and I'll be able to run up and jump firmly back on :rotfl:Save £12K challenge 2015 # 173£0.00/£10,0000 -
