    Morning Lovely Ladies

Well done to the Monday Losers :T.....Good luck to the Tuesday Weighers ;)

Minxtress, I can't imagine what you must be going through at the moment :( I think its a dirty low down stunt to pull on you and the children pulling the plug on the holiday in secret....especially in view of you having to cancel last year too  I hope you manage to sort something out hun, how old are the children?

Sending Hugs & positive vibes your way x x

Well I've Just received a last minute invite from a friend for lunch out today :) which will be really nice for us both as its the 1st time she has been anywhere since her boyfriends funeral 2 months ago :( and I've not really had chance to have a good talk with her for ages now away from here.

She has also chosen to go to the Toby Carvery :p:j so I can get away with having a flipping awesome meal well within my syns  and still be able to have my 2 syn choccie options drink at bedtime for the sweet craving :D

The rest of my Day will be EE But Ive no Idea what I will be eating for tea.....something light I would think seeing as I'm having a big lunch :p

    I'll be back later x x

The youngest two who Ive promised to take are 11, and 14, so times getting on really to take them before theyre too old. Il do it. I take them to Europe most holidays, so wanted this to be realy special.

I may go to toby carvery later too, as its a lazy way to get my veg in me, when I just cant be a**ed to cook!

Hav a lovely time at the Toby, dizzy and enjoy your time with your friend. I went there last week and still managed to lose but beware the roasties and stay away from the yorkshires!! I'll be looking, with interest, at your syn count later.

When I go I never have the Roasties or the stuffing (god they look sooooo damn good though don't they:o)

I do have a yorkie and syn 5 for it, gravy 3, and I look for the cauli with no cheese sauce on it but to be safe I add an extra 2 syns 'just in case'

so I'm giving myself 10 syns for the meal as per what we've done when we went for xmas do from class...... And boy I'm gonna enjoy it :p

I put my mullers in for 1.5 hours and It comes out part frozen part not..... if you want 'real ice cream' you would have to put it in a tub and stir it part way like you would if you were making HM icecream (to break up the big chunks of ice forming)

on the EE and green plans then yes you do eat carbs. The red plan is where carbs are more restricted.

Didn't you do SW with us on a thread a little while ago Crisp?

:o Yes I did actualy and had forgotten all about it  sorry. Thanks for the advice though and I will have a look at the Red plan again.

    Thanks :)

    Good afternoon all

Minxtress -so sorry that you are having a hard time right now... hope you can get a break away with your children and recharge your batteries.

well done on the losses everyone :T

Crisp £ note - I do mainly red days to restrict my access to carbs and I do a carb curfew and have no problems at all -you will be fine!!!

Well folks its a little overcast here today -although its nice as yesterday afternoon I went to watch hubby doing hockey and jeese it was scorching -I have even caught the sun and Im usualy the colour of an uncooked chicken :rotfl:

So then my red carb curfew day looks like this:-
    8am
    1/2 grapefruit
    28g oats (B)
    250ml semi (A)
    banana
    frozen berries

    12pm
    steamed haddock
    hot bean salad:-
    1/4tsp olive oil (0.5)
    225g broad beans (B)
    leeks
    garlic
    red peppers
    balsamic

    4pm
    melon
    activia (2.5)
    nuts (10)

    7pm
    mozarella/sundried tomato chicken breast
    1/4tsp oil (0.5)
    onions
    mushrooms
    peppers
    broccoli

    250ml semi (A)
SO that "not so little" lot comes to 2A+Bs and 13.5 syns
Thats one thing about the change in my eating-that I can now use up more syns easily -also Im not filling up on so many super free foods that Im not getting enough free stuff :j

ooohh and have you seen how many broad beans you get for a HeB on RED ? ecky thump its a right ole plate full :T

Well - we need to nip out shopping again tonight -on account of them not having broccoli, nuts, cucumber yesterday -although it will just be a smash n grab in LIDL -so not to bad I guess..
right time to get off again -
Hope you all have a great day.... and keep up the amazing work everyone!!!

    Afternoon all.

Today I'm going to try a green day for the first time:

B: Mullerlight, grapes, banana, tea with milk (0.5 HEA)
    S: Satsuma
L: 28g Lf cheese (0.5 HEA), pasta, el mayo (1), lettuce, watercress, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn, wm pitta (HEB)
    S: Mullerlight, apple, raspberries
D: Jacket potato, cheese (HEA) & beans, salad (as above but with extra beetroot, red onion & carrot. Skinny cow lolly (3.5)
    S: Hi-fi bar (HEB)

So that's 2 A's, 2 B's & 4.5 syns so far. Just wondered if this is ok (if not I'll change to EE and syn the cheese later, and not have the hi-fi bar) and also if it is, could I have a lf sausage with my jacket later and syn it (4 syns)
