Minxstress,big hugs for you and the childrenHere goes!! Aiming for EE:
B = 2 x weetabix and Milk (HEA+B)
L = Pasta (free), HM pasta sauce (free)
Activia yoghurt (6syns)
Banana (free)
D = Beef stir fry with veg and rice (free?)
How does that look?
you need some superfree with your breakfast, either fruit chopped over your weetabix or some fruit before or after, or some grilled mushrooms and tomatoes if you fancy it but not exactly WITH the weetabix :eek: - also don't forget you have some crispbread to eat as well as the weetabix to make up a full HEB
The HM pasta sauce, is it mostly tomatoes and/or other vegetables, cos you need your two-thirds superfree on there too
And don't forget with your stirfry the vegetables need to be things like broccoli, onions, ginger, baby sweetcorn, mangetout peas, (carrots), again this is to get your 2/3 superfree in, unless you are having a bowl of fresh fruit afterwards.
Hope this helps, looks lovely really.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Big hugs Minxtress, I could say a few words about your other half but as I don't know the full story I will refrain but still sorry to hear about the split. My cousin did something similar to his girlfriend, they actually went on holiday [to florida] and had a whale of a time [they went with my sister so was witness to how happy they were] when they got back, week later he ditched her. She was devestated, didn't see it coming at all [neither did anyone else]. He's now engaged to someone else and gets married in july. He is now wondering why no-one wants to go to the wedding. Dumb or what.
Anyway you have my sympathys and I hope you can at least talk things through.

Since when do you need crispbread? Is it a new thing? I've always thought it was just 2 weetabix from the grab n go section as a HEB, thats what i've always done and it worked for me. Probably changed since I got my books lolIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
