Since when do you need crispbread? Is it a new thing? I've always thought it was just 2 weetabix from the grab n go section as a HEB, thats what i've always done and it worked for me. Probably changed since I got my books lol
ooops ignore me, I've squirmed round and grabbed my book - I can only ever manage one weetabix at a time and you do then get crispbreads to eat as well (I never do as I don't much like 'em, I have an alpen light or something) Sorry for confusing everyone :D

Yup, nip along to a class and you get a whole package plus the talk that explains things clearly. I personally think it's easier to keep going to class (if you can afford to buy a "countdown" ie pay in advance, it really motivates you to keep on losing the weight before your sub runs out!) but if you don't want to do that you can keep going with help from here and minimins.

my problem is that i live in a rural area and i have to go to the other town.. the bus costs 4.50 return plus 4.95 fee for SW... i can not afford that every week right now as i am learning to drive and things are quite tight.
So all i want to know if i will be given all the necesary info to start straight away .

Hi Sarahlou - just a couple of points
you need some superfree with your breakfast, either fruit chopped over your weetabix or some fruit before or after, or some grilled mushrooms and tomatoes if you fancy it but not exactly WITH the weetabix  - also don't forget you have some crispbread to eat as well as the weetabix to make up a full HEB

The HM pasta sauce, is it mostly tomatoes and/or other vegetables, cos you need your two-thirds superfree on there too :p

And don't forget with your stirfry the vegetables need to be things like broccoli, onions, ginger, baby sweetcorn, mangetout peas, (carrots :(), again this is to get your 2/3 superfree in, unless you are having a bowl of fresh fruit afterwards.

Hope this helps, looks lovely really.

Two thirds of superfree????? isnt it just one third of your plate??

    Here goes!! Aiming for EE:

    B = 2 x weetabix and Milk (HEA+B)

L = Pasta (free), HM pasta sauce (free)
    Activia yoghurt (6syns)
    Banana (free)

D = Beef stir fry with veg and rice (free?)

    How does that look? :o

Agree with all the advice earlier. It's definitely one-third superfree on EE. If you could manage two third superfree then that would be like Success Express and you could lose weight even more quickly!;)
Maybe you could slice the banana over the weetabix then just have some other fruit with your lunch. I always try to have some SS fruit every day like berries or melon or grapefruit. Of course, it could be that your pasta sauce is almost 100% superfree (tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers) so that would be fine in itself. Presumably you've got Activia in and want to eat it up but if you bought Mullerlight in future that would be syn free. I'm always on the lookout for syn free substitutes so I can save my syns for real treats (like wine:o).

Isn't SW wonderful??? I just suddenly felt starving about an hour ago (had my dinner really early tonight). I remembered two sad cold potatoes in the fridge so I've just had ham, fried potatoes, gherkins and beetroot. It was yummy! No wonder this isn't called a diet!;)

What an absolute ar*e and with just weeks to go to your holiday:mad:. I'm sure you'll think of something else the children can look forward to and so can you. I'd stick with the plan, if I were you, you're doing it for you and it'll make you feel sooo good about yourself. And stick around here too, you're among (virtual' friends.:)

Sarahlou - which Activia yoghurts are you having? I always have the fatfree ones which are free apart from the peach which is .5.

First WI tonight so I'll see how I've gone on.
