    Evening all
I've been really hungry today and was lusting after a reallly cheesy pizza as I was driving home. Fortuately I was running late for the childminder so didn't have time to go to the shop on the way home, and I'm over it now and looking forward to something healthy!
    Green for me today:
    Porridge and blueberrie (HEB)
    Milk in tea (HEA)
    SW quiche with cherry tomatoes
    2 satsumas and a banana
quorn sausages with new potatoes and broccoli
will have 3 pagens and babybel lights as my 'cheese course' after dinner!

Oh, and half a Terry's chocolate orange bar that I bought yesterday, and oonly ate half. Where do I get my chocolate resistence medal??! = 5.5 syns

Hope you all enjoyed the thunderstorms today!!

Finally found some SW mojo from somewhere. Been for a little shop so I actually have meal options now :rotfl:

    Green Day today

    Breakkie
    28g mini chocolate weetabix (HEB)
    125ml ss milk (1/2 HEA)

    Lunch
    co-op chicken pasta salad (3)

    Snacks
fruit pot (pineapple, apple & grapes)

    Tea - stir fry
    medium dry sharwood noodles
    small handful of quorn chunks
broccoli, mushrooms & sugar snap peas
about a tbsp of chow mein sauce (1)
    bit of light soy sauce

I've still got a HEB and 1.5 HEA left, so might have another bowl of cereal later on if I get hungry. I also might pop to co-op and grab a sachet of mint chocolate options :D and have a milky hot choccie too.

People from my uni course are all going out tonight to celebrate our final hand in :j:D, and I was going to go.... but now I really don't feel like it :S I just feel tired and drained right now!

Finally got my Wii Fit from home too, so i've been having a play with it :D I'm enjoying the hula hooping and the ski jump thing. I don't know how I've done it but i've managed to pull something in my side doing a really simple yoga move. I thought I was flexible, but apparently not :o:rotfl:

Ooooh, almost forgot! I was going to venture into the deep dark world of scan bran.... but I wondered if I would be better off getting the wholemeal ryvita's instead (the plain red pack I think) I LURVVE the sesame seed ones, and thought that I might prefer the plain ryvitas over the scan bran. Any thoughts?

Hello lovely ladies!! (and maybe men!)

I need advice! ive been on SW before and it was fab, but i have no willpower, not so good. However I am getting married on the 9th of july this year and tried my dress on today and i need to lose 1-1.5 inches for it to fit!! So im going to do it through this thread rather than fork out £20 a month!

So i am really fretting now, feeling fat and ugly so i REALLY need to lose as much as i can in the next 8 weeks.

Im a size 18, the dress is a 16 and I really dont want to look 'packed into' the dress, how embarrassing. So there's no other quick fix, im going to do it the proper way. I still have my books and bits but may need a bit of help getting into the swing of it again!

So, starting tomorrow thats it. Back on it slimming world style!

*goes to read through thread to refresh memory!*

    Hi

Another newbie here going it alone - a lady at work very kindly loaned me her books. Trying to get my head around it all...think I'm on a Red day?? Please can someone take a look and correct me if I'm wrong?

B: 2 x weetabixs (HEB) and Milk (HEA)

L: 227g baked potato (HEB), 42g reduced fat cheese (catherdral city) (HEA), salad, 1 tsbp dressing (2 syns), activia yoghurt (6 syns), Banana

D: Gammon, Mash, Peas and Grilled tomatoes.

So I think that's red and 8 syns?

I'm no expert but I've looked in my book and I think you would have to syn the peas as well on a red day. Peas and sweetcorn seem to be free on EE and green but not red. I could well be wrong though.:)

I would say stick to Ryvita :D Scan bran is ten times more difficult to swallow. And tastes of NOTHING.

I agree, the peas would have to be synned too. Extra Easy is just so ..... extra easy. None of this thinking about things :rotfl:

However, I am not here to preach. I have given in to a severe yearning /temptation/ syn on the way home. I am not going to name it (but it IS food :D ) and I now feel sick, guilty and bleurgh. Serves me right. As a penance I am eating raw carrot  A worse penance would be cooked carrot but I can't punish myself that much.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
