    Seriously, dizzy, when you make a batch and freeze them, do you then cook them from frozen? I thought they might be useful as quick, HM ready-meals.

    LAMB!!!!! :eek::eek::eek: (I'm !!!!!! scared of sheep so I don't eat it :o)


    yup I just freeze in 2's in cling film then cook from frozen ;) (well I figure you cook shop burgers from frozen.....and I've not died yet :D I just give a little spray of fry light so they dont stick to the griddle pan.

    Nom nom, all the talk of burgers is making me hungry, think i might have to have a go at making some:D

    So having another green day today...

    B - special k (5), milk and cuppa (hea)
    L - jp with cheese (hea) and huge salad and marge(1)
    T - hmm not sure yet i'll have a think
    S - costa coffee skinny latte (2.5) everyone else had cakes and biscuits and i resisted was so proud of myself:D, finish punnet of grapes

    still have heb x2 to use so will prob have x2 alpen lights and maybe the other with my tea

    Having a EE day today and its looking like this -

    B - Yogurt and strawberries
    L - Home made leek, potato and celery soup. (drop of milk in it so 1HEA) Apple
    T - Home made burgers in a wm bun with either s.w. chips or a few new potatoes and a large salad. (roll will be HEB)
    Snacks will be fruit and raw carrots and syns will be some brown sauce (3) and maybe a ryvita or two later if feel hungry.

    Tomorrow is my first w.i and looking forward to it but also dreading it iykwim. I WANNA BE A LOSER, I WANNA BE A LOSER.

    You WILL be a loser, you definitely WILL. Good luck for tonight (although you don't really need luck) just stick to the plan x

    Afternoon all,

    Just in the middle of making this superspeed soup (after walking all the way to the farm shop and back, with heavy buggy!) and wondered if anybody has tried it and if so any tips? does it help cos i could do with a little boost before WI on Thursday!

    Would somebody please find out if these sausages from Lidl's are free.

    per 100g

    protein 14.0g

    carbs 2.0g

    fat 24.0

    Is that all you need?

    superspeed AKA Dynorod soup is brilliant for speeding up weightloss.....but it does make you rather ahem windy&gives you a good clearout (hence it being renamed):rotfl:
