Think all no added sugar drinks ( ie lemon flavoured water) etc are all free on SW. Including squashes as well.
All Diet fizzy drinks are free on SW. I am a diet coke addict have been in a love love relationship for some years
I know its not great for us but there is nothing intrinsically dangerous about it aside from the phenomenal amount of caffeine I tend to consume and the headaches that happen if I reduce caffiene. In saying that some people drink a lot of coffee and no one says anything to them!
I really like diet fanta as well ( you dont see it much) the lemon one is especially nice and diet orangina but Im not sure this is Syn-free anyone know?
I'm a diet coke addict tooThe only really bad thing i've heard is that it depletes the effect of calcium in your body so best to have as much calcium as you can whilst enjoying the loveliness! Obviously not together - diet coke milk euuwww
You take a ball of ice cream wrap in cling film and freeze again for 15 mins, take out roll in egg, roll in crushed cornflakes roll in sugar and cinnamon wrap and refreeze for 15 mins, repeat process then deep fry. It is lush!!! I love it when they do it at the thai but thats why my a**e is the size it is so declined today!!
ohhhh i want that now and it's only 7.50am!! mmm fried icecream for breakfast.. can someone invent a slimming world version please?? :rotfl:MrsM you're good at tweaking recipes!!!:rotfl:
So Green day for me today, i managed a whole weekend on plan which for me is a proper achievement. However i'll be lucky if i stay the same this week, from past digresions...

L - left over pasta bake(0.5 HEA)
T - Tortilla Espanola (HEB)(HEA) big salad

MORNING ALL. Sorry LYNZ I have failed (only yesterday though). I started off really well with:
B Left over quorn meatballs and home made tom sauce stuff (onions, peppers, garlic and toms)
L More of the same
D Lamb, carrots, broccoli, cauli cheese, onion sauce, SW roasties, gravy (I am counting 4 for the sauces, 2 for gravy)
Meringue, strawberries and FF yoghurt (2.1/2) If that's not bad enough I had a small glass of wine (6)
Then I went stupid and ate a snickers type chocolate bar from Lidl (I have counted that as 16 like a snickers)
Worst thing about eating the choc bar was that it wasn't even mine, I had bought it for my grandson and he had gone home without it!!!!!!
Looking over this now it also seems that I didn't even have any HEBs and probably had 2 HEA (milk and cheese)
I make that 30.1/2 synns
SO - back to it 100% today. NO SYNNS TODAY
Hope you've done better. x0 -

Oh what a beautiful morning! oh what a beautiful day!
Plenty of sunshine and I'm not even cross that I'll spend most of the day sat inside behind a desk!
*munches banana and toddles off*Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0 -

Morning All
Its lovely & bright here.....but flippin cold, Ive had to put the heating on  (I'm telling myself its because Ive lost some of my fat insulation.....and not because I'm just a wuss:o:rotfl:)
I can't decide what sort of day to have today
Ive had a neutral Brekkie of mango & yog & a satsuma, and I'm stuck now with my lunch choice......MrDizzy has asked for MrsM burgers again for Tea :D - He drives me nuts when he knows I've done a batch of these wanting them every sodding day! they are rather lovely - but I don't want them EVERY DAY :rotfl:
I think I may stay neutral with my lunch & have a mushroom omlette with some toms then I can make my mind up at Tea time if I want to go EE G or RED.
I will be back later with an update of my tea0 -
Good afternoon all
Well done on the losses folks :T
CRANKY -glad the burgers were a hit ..I even have my mum eating them and she had never had a burger in all her 71 years :rotfl: -she was making them for my brother and the smell tempted her
ooooh I forgot to say that my mum lost another 1lb this week so 1st gone in 14 weeks -bless her socks she is so thrilled that she no longer has her constant battle with food. yesterday she made a rhubarb oaty crumble and had it with custard and she really can't believe that she can do that and still lose weight :j
Well folks -guess who was at the gym at 8am Im all :j as I did 3km on the treadmill -not bad considering its only my 2nd run on a treadmill, then I did 5km on the bike and then the 30min walk home .
I was amazed on the treadmill as I wasn't achy or tired, but the fan wasn't working so it was sooooo hot up there... anyway at least I have a target to aim for now... to just run a little further each time.
So then my meal plan for today is :-
7am
1/2 grapefruit
raspberries
strawberiries
activia (2.5)
12pm
prawns
avocado (6)
bean salad :-
113g red kidney beans (B)
onions
peppers
cucumbers
capers
balsamic
lime juice
tickled cabbage
tickled beetroot
tickled onions
4pm
raspberries
strawberries
activia (2.5)
7pm
hm Ox Burger
lettuce
cucumber
tomaot
peppers
onions
tickled cabbage
tickled onions
tickled beetroot
500ml semi (2xA)
SO I make that 2A+1B and 11 syns, I know Im missing a heB -but I can't eat one when Im going to the gym (far to heavy) -so I will sort my way around that next time I plan on going (I will use oil or something)...
I really enjoyed my food yesterday - I forgot how much I love cold pulses nomnomnom
I don't have much else planned for today -just need to make a shopping list as we are nipping out for a few bits this evening... more milk, salad etc.....
Right -I had better get off -have a lovely day all and keep up the great work-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
MrDizzy has asked for MrsM burgers again for Tea :D - He drives me nuts when he knows I've done a batch of these wanting them every sodding day!
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'm thinking of going round to Banbury Bride's house for the roast lamb dinner:drool:;) Join me?
Seriously, dizzy, when you make a batch and freeze them, do you then cook them from frozen? I thought they might be useful as quick, HM ready-meals.
EE (again) for me today:
B: NAS squash, boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: sandwich (probably marmite and cucumber), grapefruitbeef stir-fry with Batchelors Golden Rice and LOADS of veg
