Hello
I've been starving today, can't wait for dinner time! I'm having a green day today...
scrambled eggs on toast (HEB) ketchup 1syn
Jacket potato with beans and cheese (HEA)
bran flakes and milk (HEB, 0.5 HEA)
Banana, raspberries
And dinner will be the baked canneloni from the SW website, but without the parmesan as I haven't got any, so I think that'll make it free.
I may also treat myself to a bar of chocoalte if I get to the petrol station before it closes!!
I'm hoping for a 100% week - I went on the website earlier and it told me that I could lose 10lbs by 5 June. I'm going to Singapore on 7th June and have set myself a mini target to lose 9lbs by then, so my fingers are firmly crossed.
Hope you're all having a lovely, skinny day!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Well done MrsM and all the other losers :T
WI this morning and got what I asked for i.e a tiny loss of half a lb but a loss is still a loss.
Had the weekend off as usual but back on the wagon tomorrow [if no-ones sitting in my seat that is :rotfl:].
Back to work tomorrow, gonna find it hard as still not 100%. Will have finished my anti b's though thank god as they leave a horrible taste in my mouth.
Good luck all with the coming week :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I'm trying to sort out a meal plan for next week and I'm losing the will to live!!! I tend to go badly off plan if I don't have it written down what we're meant to be having for tea! As happened last night and ended up with a takeaway
!
I'm just stuck with ideas even though I've gone through the cupboards/freezer etc, got endless cook books, have read other people's meal plans on here and looked at the sw site for ideas!! I'm just being rubbish and it's trying to plan stuff around working, after school activities etc that's doing my head in!:mad::mad:
B*gger it!! I'm going to have a cup of tea and come back to it later!!

AND my eye's have been giving me jip, they are really itchy too and do look slightly sore. I think it might have been my mascara, but it's never done this before and i've had it since xmas... maybe i'm due some new make-up. I have been moisturising a lot to see if that helps, but it's early days at the moment.
Are you sure its not hayfever? The pollen count has been all over the place lately and I know people that have never had it before suffering all of a sudden - I, on the other hand, am a 30 year veteran of hayfever!
You could try some antihistamine drops from the chemists to see if thats the case? They're about £4. Pollen makes my skin sensitive too - itchy and a bit sore but there's nothing to see so OH thinks I'm making it up!
Just a thought?0 -
Hey everyone
Not a bad day on EE today:
HEA skimmed milk
1/2 muller plus half punnet bluberries
Small banana plus the other half yog
2x toasts (HEB) spahetti, loadsa mushrooms an egg
HEB2 3 pagens & cottage cheese
Packet of crisps 5
Dinner is HM beef stew containing loadsa mushrooms, carrots, onion & peas. Thickened with free powdered mash potato to make it lovley and thick. Will serve with crispy frylite "roast" pots.
Pudding will be: rest of the bluberries, dragon fruit - another yog I think and kitkat 5.5. May have a mini milk but its a bitr cold here so maybe not lol!
Hope everyone is ok x:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

Been to a christening today with a do afterwards so its been a difficult day to plan. However, the mum of the baby is a veggie too and had planned veggie food thankfully. Unusually, they did a hot buffet and the veggie option was boiled rice and a veggie curry - quite nice and not massive servings so probably not too bad?
I didn't have any cake either - fruit cake - bleurrgh! OH scoffed mine quite happily.
So today's food has been...
Breakfast - banana and satsuma
Lunch - small veg curry (3 syns I think) and boiled rice
Tea - cheese (A choice) and sliced tomato grilled on toast (B choice), strawberries and a dollop of Nutella (3 syns)
Snacks later - stewed apple (B choice), maybe an ice lolly (1.5 syns)
Will have to think of something to take for lunch tomorrow too... off to scour cupboards....0 -
Well I survived the Thai meal, it was a buffet, so I had cold beef salad and cold chicken salad for starter, then rice and steamed thai veg and odd bits of meat picked out the various dishes for my main and a big bowl fruit for dessert while the others had fried ice cream!! Killed me! Il not have any syns today now incase anything was cooked in oil etc, and that will counterbalance that.Drank diet coke, which I am getting a crush on, and ive never liked the stuff before.0

Also just a quick one, I like to drink asda sparkling flavoured waters, they are no added sugar, does anyone know if they are ok on SW?0
