Spot on :) If you choose to have the smaller portion you can be sure that it's going to help speed up weight loss whilst giving you the recommended fibre intake, whereas the larger portion is even better for fibre but not counted as SS.

There are a couple of other things listed like that but I can't bring them to mind at the mo.....just check out the symbol at the side for the information.

ETA: bummer, typing too slow again :rotfl:

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Damn !!!

Well, had my little Grandson for a sleepover last night - he's only 2 so we were up rather early ;) I've been fighting to stay awake since just after lunch amd I can't fight it any more.....off to beddy-byes.

    Night-night :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

So today I've had an EE day

B: Bacon, scrambled eggs (made with milk HEA), mushrooms
L: Beef, potatoes, peas, cabbage, green beans, gravy (2)

Also had banana, yoghurt, 2 Alpen Lights (HEB)

Didn't have any tea as I wasn't hungry so just had banana and yoghurt not long ago.

Does this sound a good day?

Just a quick update, but first I have to ask how do you fry ice cream?

Since I started SW in February, I have lost 25lbs and now have my club10 award, which I'm very pleased with. I'm down from size 24 jeans to size 20, so had to buy a new pair of jeans. The rest of my trousers are elasticated jogging pants, so they're still wearable even if they look a bit odd. Actually they're all longer now that there is less of my stomach holding them up. I'm still wearing the same tops as it's not such a problem wearing tops too big. The jeans purchase was decided on the unfortunate day when I wore my too big jeans and some too big knickers. If one item starts descending, so does the other :rotfl:

I made MrsM's ox burgers this weekend. I froze half of them and gave the other half to my [STRIKE]official guinea pigs[/STRIKE] best friend and her husband (who are also doing SW) to try. My friend's husband was sniffing the air like the bisto kid, and they were pronounced a success :T Thank you once again MrsM.

I think I've been lucky because our consultant is fabulous. It's an unusual week when we don't have at least one good laugh, and we can all sit wherever we like without anyone giving us daggers. I've tried to go it alone, but quite honestly, I need the discipline and support of going to class. It's my birthday in two more weigh ins, and I'd really like my 2 stone award as my birthday present to myself.

Take care all of you and many thanks to everyone for the information and support so generously given.

You take a ball of ice cream wrap in cling film and freeze again for 15 mins, take out roll in egg, roll in crushed cornflakes roll in sugar and cinnamon wrap and refreeze for 15 mins, repeat process then deep fry. It is lush!!! I love it when they do it at the thai but thats why my a**e is the size it is so declined today!!

ANNA - Why not get a SW magazine and follow the menu for the week from that. You can alter bits if you don't like something or don't have the ingredients in. I think we all have times when we just haven't got a clue what to have and then end up at the take aways. Hope the break with the cup of tea has helped. Don't beat yourself up. You can do it!!!!! xx

Thank you. Not that anyone is likely to offer me any, but I was just curious.
