    .

That sounds like a good plan, if i ever get to target that it what i was planning to do. Eat SW way 99% of the time but add in a meal ive been missing(probably pizza!) as a dinner once in a while. Just need to be careful not to add too many in:o

Thanks CyclingYorkie, GunsandBanjos and maman :T

Thats good to know as this will help me in having a veriety in my meals. I could have different nuts and seeds on different days with one weetabix

Maman, I also think it is a good idea to have a treat once a week when you are on target.

Guns - I have always found your posts helpful and so please stick around and keep posting.

Maman - I am at target and agree with your plan. Somedays I have an extra heb and some days I have a treat normally at a weekend and there are days completely on plan with no extra syns or hebs and have found that works for me. Just give it a go and see how you get on

Mrs E - I have re-read the last couple of posts, and I have to say that I thought you were being a little bit hard on Guns……………best thing we can do is draw a line, move on and give each other the support we need - as the ConDems say, we are all in this together!

I would certainly agree with you on that.
Perhaps I did take offense too easily but as a newcomer to this board it felt unwelcoming to have my questions answered with "try google", I was looking for suggestions on low syn sausages too, actual opinions/recomendations from others.
Sorry for any upset I caused on your board (I don't mean yours personally - I mean all you regulars).

    Evening
I have not had a good day foodwise, I took scones, cream and jam in for my team for a Friday treat and over indulged. And my holiday food has caught up with me so I've got an extra 3lbs to deal with.
so, upping the exercise, meal planning for next week and a fierce determination to lose 2 stone by Christmas.

See you tomorrow for a better day!!

    Maman well done

I have had a mad and synful day today. I was eating BF in the station carpark when the train arrived so had to leave three quarters of the breakfast and run for the train. Reached work and had to go meet a client. Only had a pear and a plum for lunch. In the evening there was a pub meal where the healthiest option was mac and cheese with chips....

sorry but I struggled to work out what you meant by BF and finally decided you meant Boy Friend. Was quite disappointed to realise you mean breakfast :o

I've been thinking about what I might do to maintain.:D I know the 'official' way is to up the HEs and to an extent I will. What I'm going to try to start with is introducing the odd meal/treat back into the week that I've missed in the last few months. My DH will be pleased too because he's not once complained that certain things disappeared off the menu. I have been making it up to him.......and before anyone gets the wrong idea;), I've done it by buying him a few sweets, biscuits, cakes etc that I don't like and that's kept him happy.

On the splitting HEs question, I occasionally have a laughing cow and a suitably reduced amount of milk for my HEA. I must admit I've been a bit careless with the HEBs. Generally I just have my full complement of bread so that's easy but I've never eaten scan brans alongside porage or anything like that.

A couple of long-term maintainers at our group have different methods - one increased her HEBs and still does; the other has (I think) 5 days of kind of following SW and 2 days of Doing What She Wants! They are both under rather than over target!

Me I'm struggling with new target, but this week trying to have half to two-thirds of superfree. I loved having extra HEBs when I was previously at target! But that was because I got hooked on cereal type bars, whereas I would say I'm not a sweet person. So I don't buy them now. I do split my HEB though, or just ignore some of it if it's meant to be scan bran or ryvita. I get enough fibre from the fruit and vegetable I think :rotfl:
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

    Good evening everyone

Well I'm back from my week of Doggie sitting......and have come online to report a mahoooosive disaster on the fairy front shame.gifI fell off MY OWN TANK & IT RAN ME OVER REPEATEDLY!!:eek:

Everything was going pretty well......I was batting the little PMT blighters away with the aid of a couple of choc options & a penguin wafer before bed :A - then it got to yesterday (WI day)
Anyway I'd been pretty narky all day....*week had only just that morning put in an appearance-and the doggies had already tripped me up in the garden so I was feeling a bit 'delicate' MrD was too late getting back from work to get me to group for WI (his brother lives out in the sticks quite a way from us)
sooooooo next thing I know I've got my head in the big chest freezer there and out pops 2 big pepperoni stuffed crust & 4 cheese pizzas :embarasse:o .......AND some little fruit pies & walls soft scoop ice cream shame.gifand in my defence I tried to say "well these fruit pies have got rasberry in them so they are superspeed":o:rotfl:I think I got posessed or something by the fattest woman in the world!!:o I reallllllllly don't know why I did it :wall:-I have felt rubbish all day (my stomach didnt thank me for it at all)

The worst bit is - I got a text from my consultant to say they had done our groups voting for woman of the year.......and I had won it even though I wasnt there - I was sat ramming pizza in my face as I was reading it and felt a bit ashamed of myself really :o:p

Anyway, I MUST MUST MUST get a grip and give the tank a good kicking for letting me down so terribly :rotfl:

    Oooooh bloody well done maman on getting to that Target Sofa :T:T:T x x x x x x x
