AND some little fruit pies & walls soft scoop ice cream shame.gifand in my defence I tried to say "well these fruit pies have got rasberry in them so they are superspeed"

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Oh I love it dizzy!!! And I just adore this smilie shame.gifI can think of so many situations I could use that!!!

Thank you so much for your good wishes and don't stay away again. We miss you!

Good to see you back, too, Mrs M. and the same goes for you. Congratulations on your 11st shiny. Out of interest, what's your target? I'm now 10st 6.5lbs and at 5 ft 9ins that feels great but if you're much shorter.....

I did enjoy my 'real' cauliflower cheese tonight but I know maintaining is going to be a bit of trial and error. I've got roast chicken planned for Sunday and I'm going to have stuffing and maybe a meal out later in the week. It's early days but I really feel that the healthy way of eating on SW is firmly ingrained. I know what I should/can eat freely and what's to be limited as treats.

Sorry if this musing of what to do at target is irritating but you'll all be there soon!!!!

    Morning all!
Good to see us getting back to normal after all of the kerfuffle - new posters are always welcome and us oldies are all doing ok I hope?

My visitors have now gone and I can get back to normal. Have just spend the last hour cleaning the house and putting it back to soem state of order.

I weighed this morning and have lost 1lb :j- how I'm not really sure - I think when I weighed last I was all premenstrual and more bloated than normal. I have 2 weeks left of the summer holidays and want to lose 3 more lbs before I go back to work to put me back to my lowest weight - all of the drama of this last few weeks has to be put behind me and I need some routine and discipline back.

I'm off to Mr T's in a bit and will stock up on good things - its funny how you actually miss them when you have a few days off isn't it? Who'd have thought!

Not sure about meal plans yet but will post when I've been shopping.
Hope everyone has a good skinny day!

PS Dizzy - put the scoffing behind you and haul me back on the tank with you, am trotting along just behind you at the moment and need strapping in!

Sorry for having been absent for a while, I haven't fallen off the wagon or anything (the last 3 weeks have been a 1lb, 1lb, 2lb loss -and I got my 11st shiney :D) -so Im still going in the right direction ;), just got caught up with other things *no excuse mind so I do appologise* -I will endevour to pop in more often although after a trip to the Drs. this morning it looks like Im heading back into hospital -for 1 end and possibly both ends to be operated on *lets hope they don't get confused about which way is up :p*:rotfl: -not one to do thing in halves you know ;)

I need to pop back and do some catching up but until then -I hope everyone is well and doing well

Morning, just! Had a lovely lie in.

Will be being lovely and SW friendly this morning but I am eating at work tonight which is decidedly unfriendly!
Just having a coffee and will have some weetabix and a banana in a bit. Rest of the day will be a bit of a write off.

Well done MrsM!!!! That is fab.
Nice to see you Dizzy. Get back on that tank, we need you driving us.
