Maman - welcome to the target sofa - Congrats :j
Not posted much recently as I have hurt my shoulder and been in a lot of pain but I have still been checking in and reading your posts.
MrsE - sausages I have are from sainsburys and they are low fat Cumberland sausages from the good to yourself range and they are bug chunky sausages for 0.5 syns each. They're in the fridge section with all the other sausages.
Congrats to all the losers :T0 -
Hi,
I have 2 Weetabix for BF everyday with SS Milk(HEA), a banana and an apple but sometimes it gets too filling. Now I don't want to reduce the quantity of milk or fruit so I was wondering if I can only have 1 Weetabox as 0.5 HEB and replace the other 0.5 HEB with say 5 almonds
Does anyone do a similar thing or is it cheating?
Thanks
MQ0 -
Primmer, Hope you get better soon
I have had another sneaky weigh in this morning (wasn't due till Monday) and it seems there has been a bit of loss so well chuffed. Now only thing I have to do it not spoil this over the weekend

What are SW syn free sausages? Do you mean Joes?[/QUOTE]
i never heard of Joes now...(tho i am in NI...Maybe we dont have them here?)
our local supermarket does syn free SW sausages and Burgers, (all certified)
and a butcher does come to slimming class with all his syn free meats (burgers, chicken burgers, meat balls, sausages, etc etc) again all certified
the sausages can b quite dry if you just grill them, you defo need a wee spray of fry lite,0 -

Good Afternoon Peeps
Sorry I haven't posted in a while - loads of stuff happening in and out of work - hectic to say the least - never mind
Despite having so little time to myself, I have been pretty good, and not fallen off the wagon too much.
B Muller Light, apple, peach
L 2 x Ryvita, punnet of blackberries and another Muller Light (it doesn't look much, but not much in fridge to bring to work, and didn't have time to nip out)
D No idea yet! But something more substantial than my lunch….
My weight loss has been SLOW - averaging a pound a week, but I feel better for the focus on healthy food - skin and hair look good - even if I do say so myself….
I have spent some time catching up on the previous posts - usual suspects on here which is great to see - inspiration and encouragement to us all. And also some Newbies - welcome - it's a good place to get some inspiration, and help when needed - and a gentle kick up the backside if also needed………..it's great to read everyone else's meal plans for ideas……………….who knew there would be so many Dyno Rod soup addicts
Mrs E - I have re-read the last couple of posts, and I have to say that I thought you were being a little bit hard on Guns……………best thing we can do is draw a line, move on and give each other the support we need - as the ConDems say, we are all in this together!
Have a great and positively saintly/angelic weekend - catch up on all the food gossip on Monday.

Yes you can - providing the 2 weetabix = 1 whole HEB.
You can't tamper with a HE that is split - I have the porridge and scan bran option - but I have to eat both for it to be a HE.
Hope this helps!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
I split my HEBs all the time, i find 2 weetabix too filling too so i have 1 and the other 1/2 B is usually an alpen light with a cuppa in the afternoon.
Food for today:
Using an A for milk
Weetabix(1/2B), Milk(A), coffee(A), banana
HM lentil soup, WM bread(B), ham(1), cheese(3), pickle(1)
Quorn chilli, rice, cheese(A), yoghurt, alpen light(1/2B)
Used both A+B and 5 syns with that lot. Will have something chocolatey at work later if im hungry. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I've been thinking about what I might do to maintain.:D I know the 'official' way is to up the HEs and to an extent I will. What I'm going to try to start with is introducing the odd meal/treat back into the week that I've missed in the last few months. My DH will be pleased too because he's not once complained that certain things disappeared off the menu. I have been making it up to him.......and before anyone gets the wrong idea;), I've done it by buying him a few sweets, biscuits, cakes etc that I don't like and that's kept him happy.
Today's EE menu:
B: NAS squash, toast, baked beans
L: Marmite, tomato & cucumber sandwich, pear and bananagammon, sweet potato wedges, cauliflower cheese (with REAL cheese, milk, cornflour and marg!), tomatoes and mushrooms
Syns: celebratory wine syns:j
On the splitting HEs question, I occasionally have a laughing cow and a suitably reduced amount of milk for my HEA. I must admit I've been a bit careless with the HEBs. Generally I just have my full complement of bread so that's easy but I've never eaten scan brans alongside porage or anything like that.0
