Morning all
I've been offiline for almost 3 weeks as I've been moving flats. All settled in to new flat now. I gave myself a week off SW so I didn't have to stress about food mid-move but am now back on plan. Looks like I may have put on 1lb during the move so am happy with that.
I'm still not very well, my vertigo is back with a vengeanceso I'm off for acupuncture this afternoon to see if that will help.
I'll post my meal plan later
Hope you are all doing well

Just a quick visit but I must tell you that I lost 3.5lbs at WI today and reached my target:D:j:T
I really wasn't expecting it but I am sooo pleased. I'm definitely going to treat myself but it won't be anything synful. I really feel (after almost 11mths) that the SW way of eating is second nature.
EE plan for today:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk and tea, banana
L: fried potatoes, beetroot, cold meat (?), melonliver, onions, carrots, cabbage, peas, mash, gravy with stock
Syns: none planned but you never know;)
Have a good day all, I will!0 -

pizza hut question;
individual veggie supreme pizza is apparently 8 syns a slice and come with 4 slices so 32 syns in total.
if i am having a green day and use 3 of my healthy extras for cheese can i make that pizza only 14 syns!?!?
I'd say no I'm afraid!! those individual pizzas are pretty small and not THAT much cheese on! you could probably get away with reducing by 6 syns for 1HEA but I wouldn't risk any more than that!! A good lot of the syns will come from the base plus I bet there is oil in the tommy sauce and on the veggies!
Congrats Maman and also to MRSM even though she's abandoned uslol!!
I'm having an EE day, I'm a bit off my food at the minute so eating what's easiest which isn't like me!! DH even commented last night that I'd not been experimenting and trying new recipes recently. So far today I haven't eaten my breakfst banana and I'd normally have had some fruit by now too and I haven't!
Today will be as follows:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), blueberries also got a banana but don't fancy it!
Lunch - savoury rice (? syns) with veggies and leftover tomato pasta sauce mixed in! pineapple and yogurt for pud.
Tea - HM donner kebab, wm pitt (6), salad, sw chips, kebab sauces (4-6 syns depending how much I have)
The donner kebab is one of our favourite teas at the minute!!
We're going away for a few days tomorrow so tonight I will be baking apple and walnut cupcakes. I might make some mini ones for me and mum so we can have a taste without going overboard!0 -
