Just a quick visit but I must tell you that I lost 3.5lbs at WI today and reached my target:D:j:T

I really wasn't expecting it but I am sooo pleased. I'm definitely going to treat myself but it won't be anything synful. I really feel (after almost 11mths) that the SW way of eating is second nature.

    EE plan for today:

B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk and tea, banana
L: fried potatoes, beetroot, cold meat (?), melon
D: liver, onions, carrots, cabbage, peas, mash, gravy with stock
Syns: none planned but you never know;)

Have a good day all, I will!

FANTASTIC - well done you x

Can I have some help with sausages please.

I really fancy a banger (oo er mrs).

I know Joes sausages are syn free but I want to know about supermarket ones.

    Is this right
    Morrisons 0.5
    Tesco 1
    Sainsburys 1

    Are these right, any recommendations?

I was hoping someone would have a little list of all the low syn ones? I find the book useless for this sort of thing (actually I hate the book layout) you have to know the exact name of something to find it, so you can't think "hmm I would like to compare sausages" & go to the sausages section. Before you can even look you need to know if it's a smart syn or a syn.,........

MRS E - I love the Tesco meat free sausages. They are 1.1/2 synns each but worth it. They're in a green bag in the freezer section, usually next to the quorn stuff and often on offer at 2 bags for £3.00. x
