Hooray for Maman, well done!!!
I've had a teeny bit too much chocolate today, I had a twirl and then 2 from a box of Heros. I don't know why I had the heros. Then I ate some seeds when I got home. I'm not that worried about seeds, but the choc.... ho hum.
Apart from that, my green day has been:
Porridge and a banana (a and b)
fruit
couscous with chichpeas, sweetcorn, tomato and cucumber
yogs
and I'm not sure what I've got for tonight, will have to have a rummage in the freezer....
DS is being a bit challenging tonight so I'll have to try very hard to resist the call of the takeaway.Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

Maman well done
I have had a mad and synful day today. I was eating BF in the station carpark when the train arrived so had to leave three quarters of the breakfast and run for the train. Reached work and had to go meet a client. Only had a pear and a plum for lunch. In the evening there was a pub meal where the healthiest option was mac and cheese with chips. I was starving by then after a stressful day so had to eat it though I left quite a lot of chips behind. Atleast I resisted wine and only had a diet lemonade.
Have had a SW flapjack and tea for supper. Hopefully I will be back on track tomorrow0
