    Morning All,

Still a little upset from Monday

I was so fed up whilst waiting for Zumba i brought a 5 pack of snickers flapjacks & ate them all & a sandwich & a packet of crisps - felt awful afterwards - why did i do it???

Another bit of news today - got a ultrasound on Friday for the suspected gall stones - it is at 11.30 - but i cannot have any food or drink for 6 hours before!!! I don't know how i will cope!

Well... after my bad couple of days i will try and keep to under 5 syns to limit damage & will go to the gym on friday! Aswell as Zumba on Thurs & Sat & either Pump or cardio on Sat aswell!

Hope everyone is having a better week than me - keep up the good work!

Hello! Doing well so far I think, my belly is looking rather flat today.

B- Mushrooms, Beans, Slice lean bacon, quorn sausage and fruit. Coffee with a allowance
L- Dyno-rod soup. Seriously love the taste of this stuff and its so filling. Plum.
D- Thinking either egg noodles and stir fry veg or some sort of spanish omlette.
Snack- Had a skinny latte at the coffee shop about 6 syns with a bit of sugar.

Yes, I've checked and they're free:jon EE and Green. It's the fresh/straight to wok type ones that have syns but I think some dried ones have syns too.
