Sorry to hear about your rotten day nessie
I'm back from my camping trip for four days before we go again on saturday to dorset for another 10 days camping. Firstly we had a mse disaster when we had to make 2 trips to the site cos everything wouldn't fit in the car. So we ended up at halfords on sat, buying roof bars and a roof rack for £160 :eek:
Food wise, pretty awful as well. Too tired to cook or go to the supermarket on fri night, so had fish and chips. Mind you, I didn't really like the batter so I only had a tiny bit of that.
Doughnuts, scotch eggs and a bbq on sat, chilli pasta & processed cheese on sun, then an all you can eat carvery yesterday. And throughout the weekend, loads of lager. But it was a holiday, so I'm not too bothered.

Will be green today, really struggle with EE for some reason, dont think i'm eating enough SF. Will try and up them even on green.

Coffee(A)
Weetabix(1/2B), milk(A), 1 clementine, banana
Lentil soup, 2 slices bread(B), ham(1), cheese(2), pickle(1)
Strawberries, activia,alpen light, tea
Quorn chilli, rice, cheese(A), spiced potatoes, salad

I'm having an EE day today:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), blueberries, grapefruit
Lunch - large mixed salad, sw corned beef quiche (2) dressing (2), nectarine
Tea - chilli, rice or jacket spud, salad.0 -

Just back from the hairdressers and feel much better now I've had a bit of a groom and pamper.
Yesterday was much better than recently- the only naughties were 2 small chocolate biscuits (you know the round posh ones from M&S boxes) and I'll count them as my syns.
Today's food will be...
Breakfast - cereal and tiny amount of milk (A choice)
Lunch - fruit and yoghurt
Tea - sweet potato curry and rice or healthy living naan if feeling naughty
And so sorry for you Nessie - losing a pet is awful - my little woofer is my best friend and I'd be lost without him0 -

ahh thanks, well i have at least 4 more too loose....then i will start thinking about targets....
i just started SW 6 weeks ago...and if i started out thinking..."i have 6 stone to loose...or maybe 7"...i would have scared the life out of myself...:eek:
so my first goal was one stone in 7 weeks...
so after 6 weeks i have 18 off so i am please with that..
so my next goal is club 10 (8 more pounds) though i just have one more weigh in, and then i have a holiday week....so i hope i dont go too far astray in the week..
but i know i will get there...
it will be a long road...but like yourself...i feel soooo good, and i am never hungry...so it cant b all bad.0
