Hello
Just a quick one from me as been really busy, had a greed day with a small indiscretion at lunch time:
puffed wheat, banana (a and b)
ryvita and babybel (a and b)
Asda reduced fat vegetable mini quiche (oops)
2 finger kitkat (5.5)
quorn and vegetable stir fry
So great, part from the quiche, no idea on the syns.
See you all tomorrow!Say what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -

) I just wonder if I keep sabotaging everything for myself just because sometimes I yearn for something wicked like chips, and I don't care what anyone says SW chips are a lot of faff for what you end up with, and take TOO LONG. What else do you cook in it please?
I'm planning to be :A today:
EE plan:
B: NAS squash, scrambled egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: sandwich (marmite, cucumber, tomato) and half a melonsmoked haddock, mash with onion, peas and some other SF veg or I'll eat the other half melon
Syns: NONE!!!
Maman, I'm sure I've misunderstood ... but you do know peas aren't superfree don't you? Did you mean "some other" as well as the onion rather than the peas?didnt go pizza hut in the end as been sickly again.

Right, I confess I had another pound ON last night, I am heavier than I was when I reached my previous target months ago. MUST TRY HARDER. I'm going to aim for 2/3 superfree on my plate this week and no more crunchies or rough cut brown sugar cubes from my colleague's box. I'm letting myself down and I don't know why :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

They are pretty darn big blackberry! To be honest I only cook potatoes in it so far. Haven't branched out into anything more adventurous yet, though I may one day. It does make nice potatoes though for very little faff, I had cubed spicy potatoes with dinner again tonight and they were great. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0

I have an alright day as far as food is concerned. Wish I could say the same for work!!
BF: Weetabix with SS Milk with banana, apple and 5 almonds(HEA, 1.5HEB)
Lunch: Too busy at work so only had fruit salad (half melon, 5-7 grapes, 1 pear, 1 nectarine, 1 plum)
Dinner: omlette made with one egg, onions and tomatoes with spinach and beetroot salad, sw chips with a tbsp of ketchup(1), half SW flapjack(0.5 HEB with 0.75 syns)
Supper: Unintentional - DH recreated the chinese takeaway of curry sauce, rice and stir fried SF vegetables at home and it tasted fantastic so had a very small portion (I am sure it wasn't more than 10 syns)

Hello all, I lost 1.1/2 lb tonight and am absolutely delighted. I have seriously upped my exercise (3 times in gym and Zumba this week already) and have tried to be better with the eating so I now feel a bit more positive. I will get back to target.
Hugs to all who need them and congratulations to all the losers.
It's pretty quiet on here lately, where's DIZZY lurking and MRS M is nowhere to be 'seen'. Hope they are both o.k.
Stick at it everyone - you know it makes sense!!!!!!!!!!!!! xxxxx0 -
Thanks BR, yes I did know about the peas but I just love them with mash. What I really meant was some extra SF veg. In the end I had my peas plus onion (in the mash), carrots, mushrooms and half a baked tomato so I think I managed my third.:)
ETA: Well done on the 1.5lbs confused!0 -
Well done Confused!
I have 'seen' Mrs M and Dizzy on minimins so they are ok.
Green day for me, using 1.5A as milk and the other 0.5 as cheese
Having a coffee(A)
1 weetabix(3), milk(A), banana
Lentil soup, WM bread(B), ham(1), cheese(A), pickle(1)
Lebanese chicken(B), rice, salad
Not tried the recipe for dinner before so hope its nice!
Have 4 melons that need eating so will make a start on them today. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
