Pain finally gone by 9.30am so went back to bed, was woken about 12.30 when the world and his wife decided to mow/strim their gardens so went to mrS for retail therapy. Not wi so will do tomorrow, not eaten yet either as tummy tender and bit weary of eating triggering pain again. Have chicken salad on menu today so will see how I go.

feels like when I had a stomach ulcer, hoping this is not a recurrence. Really want to sleep but the pain is keeping me awake_pale_
TIE: too late for last night's episode, but if you have any fennel seeds in your store cupboard, or some peppermint tea, they are both good for indigestion. (make the tea into a drink, obviously, and just chew on a spoonful of fennel seeds - I usually spit 'em out once they are well chewed). Both free:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

been out for lunch with B-in-law and his OH! A very rare occurence at yorkietowers!
Went to slug and lettuce and had the morroccan chicken salad ( harissa mearinated chicken griddled and served with sweet potato wedges, chickpea couscous and tons of salad with a tomato and mint dressing. God knows how many sins - the dressing didn't seem very oily at all so may allow 10 to be on the safe side and I'll just eat nothing except free food today.
Despite 3 other adults drinking wine I was perfectly happy with a bottle of fizzy H2O!
It's currently PMT week and I am really uncomfortable - bloated and swollen and crabby as hell - actively hoping * turns up soon...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
oh by the way I went to a Wetherspoons the other day and on the menu they had a salad, I forget what adjective they used (fresh? healthy? raw?) it was green bits (not lettuce, stuff with flavour), pomegranate seeds, raw green french beans, and other things, and I had a grilled salmon steak on top, the whole thing with a bottle of fizzy water was under a tenner and very tasty. There was dressing with, not on, the salad so you could choose.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

OH told me something he read earlier. A recent scientific study found that women find different male types attractive depending on where they are in their menstrual cycle.
For example, when a woman is ovulating she will prefer a man with rugged, masculine features.
However when she is menstruating, she prefers a man doused in petrol and set on fire, with scissors stuck in his eye and a cricket stump shoved up his backside.
Sorry, but it made be laugh :rotfl:. Hope you feel better soon.A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

hello,
i have decided i have been too liberal with the plan this last week mostly down to not planning and eating anything i see. also it doesnt help when you win a 4 pack of chocolate orange rice krispie squares - much as i love mse and its freebies section lol.
so i have just sat and written my meal plans for the week.
dinner today was jacket potato and cottage cheese
and while i was doing the potato i put in a tray of roast veg and made up enough pasta to add it to for 3 lunches.
- feeling rather virtuous and organised lol0
