    Helloooeeee
    I'm back from my hols.
TakeitEazy, just take it easy! Put your feet up and spend Sunday snoozing, that's what Sundays are meant for in my opinion!
Well my 4 days in Devon were lovely, I didn't worry about what I was eating, but didn't eat between meals and went for a coupleof lovely walks. No idea about my weight as when I weighed at mum's yesterday morning I'd sts, but at home this morning my scales said I'd put on 5lbs, which I refuse to believe. So, I'm claiming yesterday's sts and will work my butt off this week to make sure that anything that did creep on during the hols is gone by next saturday's WI.
    So, today will be green:
Puffed wheat, (a and b) coffee
    soup and toast (b)
    quorn cottage pie
    and lots of fruit.

I've also said that I want to do a couch to 5k running programme so am going to start that today too. Help.

Have a good Sunday all xx

Well done all the loosers - there sure are some great numbers out there:T

Weigh in for me today - down 1lb that I put on over me holidays. Not spectacular but I will take it. Anything in a downward direction is great;)

    Morning all!
Great to see Dizzy back - we've missed you!
Take it Easy - hope you're feeling better now?

I've done a good bit of inadvertant body magic this morning taking very wet and mucky old laminate flooring, underlay etc to the tip - the fitter left it outside and its poured ever since so I bit the bullet today and got rid. I'm knackered now though!

I haven't weighed this week (I forgot yesterday) and I refuse to weigh at any time other than first thing in the morning so it'll have to wait until tomorrow now. Will breathe in all day in anticipation!

    Today's food will be...
Breakfast- none, wasn't hungry and then got stuck into manual labour!
    Lunch - beans on toast
Tea - sweet potato curry and healthy living naan bread (probably 8 zillion syns!)
Snacks - apple, strawberries and raspberries

Right better get in the bath - I look and smell like a tramp:o

It's one of those days for me when my jeans are feeling really tight:( I'm making a bit of a pot luck meal from the freezer for later conjoured up from some chicken portions. All food will be syn free for damage limitation after pizza on Friday and extra wine syns with visitors. I've also been making myself have a daily walk to up the Body Magic.

I've been picking blackberries this morning to have some free SF/SS. Generally, I buy frozen mixed berries and just defrost and eat with yogurt and sometimes a sprinkle of sweetener. Are the frozen ones raw or do I need to poach them before freezing/eating? I don't want to add syns. Anyone know?

    Today's EE plan:
B: 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas, pear
L: sandwich (tomato & cucumber?), apple
D: chicken, stock, thyme, carrots, onion, peas, broad beans, new potatoes and cauli
    Syns: wine

Hope everyone's having a good day especially TIE when you wake up.

Can I ask is this the Auntie Bessie's carrot and swede mash? And is it free? I've not had much luck cooking swede lately (takes forever and is always a bit stringy) so wondered whether to buy this instead.
