hi, me and hubby are thinking of joining a class. his mum and aunt and cousin go so it will be a right family affair plus i think he'll be the only man haha. anyway i've scanned a few of mil's books and like the look of the recipes etc but not sure about the syns it says you can have 10-15 or more? is this dependent on your weight, ie heavier get more and lighter get less? i've also seen some photos on facebook and the portions look enormous:eek:. thanks

    4. said wd do neighbour's ironing, she pays me £10 has done for years, while inflation has happened in real life and her pile of ironing gets bigger and more boring. They didn't bring it round til 6.30 by which time I was GRUMPY. Did it in a bad humour and....

you should check what a local ironing service would charge and then use this info to get a raise x

I'm waiting iin for the carpet and floor fitters today and cannot go in the kitchen so today is a day off - I'll try to make the better choices but I'm not promising!
I think if you decide that its not going to a be a good day before it starts it takes the pressure off and you end up being more sensible than fretting about it and binging. That's my theory and I'm sticking to it!

    Good morning Ladies

Blackers I think taking this next few days as 'you time' is a great idea to get yourself back into a happy state of mind,oregonian_winesmiley.gif but I do agree with TIE.... don't be so hard on yourself hun :A you've done amazingly well, and have just hit a 'stagnant patch' which happens to the best of us x x I would offer you a Dizzy Hug at this moment......but seeing as I havent been able to shower since Thursday - you could say I'm in a bit of a stagnant patch myself :rotfl::rotfl: SEVeyesC08_th.gif

WelshW have fun with the workmen ;):p I do hope its a dietcoke moment hun !! :T

Aiming for an EE day today I think, steak or chicken is on the cards for our main meal, but other than that i've not got very far with the planning part :o I will be back later when I've 'thunk'

That made me snort! I agree too Dizzy, you need to cut yourself some slack.

    Hope you're ok this morning [STRIKE]stinky[/STRIKE] Dizzy:p

Will be going green again, i was super good yesterday and only had 0.5 a syn to try and make up for my disasterous thursday:eek:
Just having a coffee(A from allowance). Will have breakfast when i'm a bit more awake. Weetabix(1/2B), Milk(A), banana
Not sure i'll have lunch as will probably still be full from breakfast and i need to eat my dinner at about 4pm as i start work at 5pm.
Dinner is HM quorn bolognaise with WM pasta, cheese(A), salad.

Still got 1.5 B to use which will probably take the form of alpens. Will take fruit and yoghurt for later if i'm hungry.

Busy PM at work should ensure some body magic:D

Yup I'm not tooooo bad today thanks hun, still sore - but nothing more than last time (well except this time my leg is sore aswell :o) but its only a patch about the size of an inch and half square that they took off with a kind of electric 'planer' like they use in a woodwork place ..... made me laugh really (after the shock wore off:o) as most of the tools in there looked like things you would see in someones garage/shed lol including the little spanner/pliers that they used to unscrew the titanium abutment screw before redoing the skingraft:eek:
