Can some lovely person please tell me syns for philly light chives & philly light garlic & herb please also can either be used as HE?

Went to castle carvery last night and it was one of the worse nights of my life :(. For a start * arrived just as I was getting ready to go so had terrible cramps :( the place we went to was heaving and full of screaming kids running riot [that was just the ones with us :(] & my stupid nephew filled their water pistols with water so the kids kept squirting everyone [luckily not me or I would have left there and then ]. We had a half hour wait and they 'forgot' us. We were on the verge of leaving to go to my sisters for a takeaway when they finally seated us. We had 2 booths seating 8 [16 of us] no-one wanted to sit with a particular family of uncontrollable kids so it was a mad dash to sit in other booth so who got lumbered? You guessed it :(:(. They wouldn't sit and ea,t they climbed on the table/back of seats etc, parents had no control. I sat with my Mum and we both hated it. Food was ok but they had no boiled spuds only mash & roast so I had 2 small roasts that looked like they had the least oil on and a small flat yorkie then filled my plate with veg and small bit of gravy so all in all not a bad meal. I declined the Birthday cake for my great niece [the uncontrollable 2yr old]. I was so glad to get home for my skinny cow [the highlight of my evening :rotfl:].
Sorry for the mega post but needed to get it off my chest :o.

Hope Dizzy is doing ok :A

Well I've been diabolical all week and haven't really stuck to the plan very well. It involved copious amounts of lager, a chinese (including duck), half a stick of rock, some clotted cream shortbread (both for looking after a neighbour's animals) and 2 turkey and stuffing sandwiches amaongst other things. Surprisingly I only put on half a pound at WI last night. Must be better this week as now only 2lbs to target. My motivation seems to be slipping and I really need to find where it's gone to :o

Sorry I havent posted any sooner........but look what I got Last night S42.jpg :j:j:D:D:D 1.5lb off.

I was absolutely shattered after the hosp (and very sore both on my noggin & my thigh where they took the donor skin from) BUT I simply HAD to nip down and WI to see if I had got my shiney :p.........then I came home and had a mahoooosive piece of belated birthday cake to celebrate -that we bought from the costa coffee place inside the hospital foyer.

I'm all bandaged up again until next week, and its the same routine of going to the dressings clinic to make sure there is no infection & that this graft all goes perfectly (and the donor site heals up nicely) old smelly here isn't allowed to get in the shower for a week  :o so my leg doesnt get wet.....errrr I don't think so!!!! where is that cling film & gaffer tape ;):D

right ladies, I'm off for a bit of a sleep now as I'm a bit pooped, but I will be back later to make sure everyone is back onboard the tank;) x x x

    hi

does anyone have any idea how many syns are in the average chinese chicken curry,

i know boiled rice is free, and the only curry sauce i can find in the book is under "fish and chip shop portion" as 6 syns, but this is the nearest thing i can find.

anyone any idea, 6 seems low....

    thanks

sorry, but has anyone any idea, i think it will be on the menu over the weekend?

2 syns per 28g on all for both

Not sure about HE but don't see why not as 71g philly light is a HE and that is 2 syns per 28g too so I can't see there being any different.

I don't know but an average Indian one is 11.5 so I would imagine it would be similar. A korma is 16.5 so I wouldn't have thought it was going to be more than that anyway.
