  • Hi! :hello:

Hoping someone can help me with the syns values for WW oat and wheat crackers.

    Here are the details:
    per 3 crackers - 55cals
    1.3g protein
    11.7g carbs
    0.2g fat
    0.01g sat fat
    0.4g fibre

wasn't sure which values you need to work it out so I decided to post them all!

I've just bought a pack of them from Poundland and I'm hoping they'll be low in Syns so I can have them in the afternoon as a snack.

    Thank you!

hi just looking for some advice please! i was a member of a gym until my working hours were reduced, so i couldn't afford the membership.
i loved the bums & tums classes, and wondered if anyone could personally recommend a good dvd to do at home?
i have looked on amazon and found the 10minute solutions dvds are quite cheap and generally have decent reviews.
    thanks in advance

Hello, I've done loads of DVDs but I find the 30 day shred great (quite tough but good) also Hannah Waterman's is also a good one. Good luck x
  • I have a couple of Davina's DVD's and they are pretty good. Definitely feel it the next day! I've also got the 30 day Shred but I've never actually completed the full 30 days! I think that says more about me rather than the DVD! Lazy? Moi?!

Course you can join us.. how have you found the plan so far?

I'm a bit grumpy today... first day back at work after 2 weeks off... 0.5lb on on scale this morning and my legs ache cos I did a triathlon yesterday :(

    Well done! Very impressive!
I watched the Ironman thing yesterday - just watching them knackered me out! Couldn't believe the stamina of those people!
I've a long way to go if I wanted to do even a third of what they did.

Have changed my mind - its toooo hot for curry, really muggy and overcast, not curry weather.
I'm going for quorn fillet, new potatoes and salad instead.

I've completely decorated the downstairs loo this afternoon too, another 4 hours of hard work - should hopefully undo some of the recent excesses.
Have stuck to the plan for the rest of the day.....so far...............

Forgot my down fall is crisps and wine!

Which crisps are the lowest in syns? Or guess I should just nibble on veg, could make a sin free Tom dip?
Walkers Baked are quite low syn too, about 6 I think, and well worth it for being nearly normal :p

Quick question - EE - do I HAVE to have meat with every meal? I normally do green but hubby wants liver & onions for tea so my plan is:
    B - usual weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
S - massive fruit salad, onken
    L - mugshot/new pots, p/white [2.5]
T - liver, onions, mash, peas, carrots, broc, cauli, gravy, possibly tsp corn flour [syns?]
    Snacks - more fruit & yog & possibly a cheese twist [2]
Think theres more than enough superfrees over the day so not bothered that I had none for breakfast.
someone's already said, and I agree, no you don't have to have meat. Even without meat I find EE simpler to follow than green & red days.

WI day today for me, so it's not how many syns but how heavy lunch is that counts :rotfl:.
I agree! This is how daft I am - although I take loads of fruit into work every day, on WI day (Tuesday) I don't include an apple - I have a CRUNCHIE instead because they don't weigh much. And yes I have stood in the shop weighing various chocolate bars in my hand :rotfl:

Who mentioned dips for vegetables - how about fat free plain yoghurt with some spices stirred in or some Encona chilli sauce? Mmmmm.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
