Hi, sorry haven't been around for a while - its been a bit of a traumatic time. OH and I have now officially separated and he's moved out (last lot of stuff today). I'm ok (I think) and its all very amicable (that's strange too) but all thoughts of food have gone by the wayside - I haven't been bad (no binges) just not been good IYKWIM.
I've spent today repainting the box room and it has taken all day - 2 coats of everything - I started it to take my mind off things and then got a bit obsessive until it was finished:o. At least that was a good 8 hours of activity, bending, stretching and up and down ladders.:A
But tomorrow is another day and there's only me and the dog to cater for now so I really don't have any more excuses for being rubbish - I really don't want to regain the weight I have lost and wouldn't mind losing a teeny bit more whilst I'm off school.
I'm trying hard to use things up in the house and have meal planned for the next few days - need to be more careful with the pennies now too so will have to be a bit more organised and creative with food.
Anyway, after depressing you all I'm off to find something to eat before Law and Order (I ache all over now too after the decorating:().0 -
Just to say if MrsM doesn't make an appearence it's probably because she's stuck in her 'Garden' or in her 'neighbours Gardens' lolIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hello everyone, just catching up and quickly posting bfore beddy byes!! Well done on the losses...
We've decided after all the stress we've had this year that we're going to add to it by deciding to move house! so this weekend has mainly been decorating and tidying bits of the house that have been left for years without being touched (we now have a brand new driveway laid!).. so not so good with the food but have upped the exercise some what..
First week (back on track) and lost 1.5lb.. got to make sure this stays off and then some for next week.. should be ok as I won't have time to eat, what with work and house decorating!! :rotfl:i get the little bars of dairy milk which are 5.5 syns for 21g of choc.
(they come in a multi pack of 6 btw and are usually £1.12 in asda) i always feel like i have had proper chocolate after eating one or two of these.
I love these too... i know that they are the same chocolate as normal dairy milk but they taste so much nicer lol :rotfl:
Babyb06 - re:meringues... do you think there was any moisture in the tupperware box at all?? I always pop a piece of kitchen towel in with mine just to protect them from breaking but maybe this sucks up the moisture too...
WW - hope you're ok :grouphug:dodgy supportive hugs to you..
So trying to be on track with food tomorrow.. really busy at work so in theory shouldn't have time to obsess about food!
Have a good week everyone.. xMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
This weekend was full of syns. I have had the AF witch visiting me since Friday and as I suffer from nausea/ severe cramps, I usually eat things which make me feel better which usually means sugar boiled sweets, bread, cakes/ chocolate. WI tomorrow - I am sure I have gained few pounds.0

Well I need to join again as most clothes no longer fit! Plus alittle holiday at the end of the month, did think about waiting til the boys were back at school, but could have put another 7 lbs on by then!
Any way had a weigh in this am at 146.5 lbs which is way too much for my 5th 1 in frame, not fair being so short, put a few lbs on and it shows straight away.
Did well when I went to class before and got down to target of 125 lbs did mostly green days, have tried ee but did not stick to it. However I have a copy of the mag and it all seems to be ee, so will give it ago.
My plan for today is
B wheatabix with banana
L eggs n salad
T low syn sausage jacket pot with beans and veg
Does that sound ok?
Any snacks will be fruit and will try to pop to supermarket and get syn free yogurts0 -
Forgot my down fall is crisps and wine!
Which crisps are the lowest in syns? Or guess I should just nibble on veg, could make a sin free Tom dip?0 -
Morning!!
After a rubbish weekend I'm ready for a great week. Am off work so will be able to stay away from the choc machine!!
Today will be green:
Porridge and berries
Beans on toast
Spaghetti with tomato and olive sauce.
Will pop back later to update with the syns etc.
Have a good Monday all, and Woofer I hope you're ok xxSay what you mean.. mean what you say... without being mean.0 -
Hello all! Dropping in and running off, off to the cotswolds for a few days. Being fed by someone else so will have to exert sensible portion control! Wish me luck!Nothing tastes as good as riding a horse feels0

Right, today is a new day and I'm starting afresh:p
I have lots of cleaning, decorating and tidying to keep me occupied and need to focus back on food too.
So today's food will be ...
Breakfast - cereal and milk ( most of the milk goes to the dog at the end) (B choice and A choice)
Lunch - cheese omelette ( A choice)
Tea - homemade veggie curry with onion, peppers, chickpeas and tomatoes
Snacks - fruit and yoghurt
I need to pop out for some fruit so will kill two birds with one stone (and me a veggie too:rotfl:) and walk the dog to the fruit shop.
Hope everyone else is ok?0
